New Treats!

Since I am a cat that LOVES TREATS, Daisy said I could write about our new Bravo BONUS BITES. We bought these with our ALLOWANCE, so I promise to tell the TRUTHS about them. First, here is the freeze dried organic TURKEY HEARTS! Cats or dogs may eat them. You can see they are too big to eat WHOLE, so I eat just pieces from it.

Down my HATCH! The label says the treats are made with "the finest hormone-free, grass-fed meats, antibiotic-free poultry and fresh fish." Here is the ingredient list for this snack: turkey hearts.

I LOVE them. More please. Right NOW, okay? You can see on my CHIN that I still have eosinophilic granuloma complex although it is getting much, much better. So, it is important to my Mommie that I eat wholesome, grain-free foods and snacks.

I give the organic turkey hearts a big PAWS UP!

Next is the freeze-dried BUFFALO liver treat. The pieces are pretty hard, and they are too BIG to eat WHOLE. The ingredients in this snack are: buffalo livers.

At first I eated them all up. But now, I am not so SURE about them. Daisy tried to eat them and she BOMITED a few minutes later. So I will just LOOK at this treat and THINK about it for a while.

Harley here! Guess WHAT!? Daisy ASKED me to MODEL! She must be VERY impressed with my MODELING. Daisy said she had this very MANLY shirt for me.

It is GRAY, which is a MANLY color. And the red trim makes it even more BETTER! And GUESS WHAT? Daisy said my NAME is on the back! I guess the shirt was CUSTOM MADE just for ME!

Photo Editing Magic

Today I would like to share some photo editing tricks we use. My Mommie is far, far, far from a photography or Photoshop expert. Sometimes the photos are okay right from the camera, but most times we do some editing. Here are some of the things my Mommie does to fix my photos.

This is what the photo looked like straight out of the camera (we just resized it because straight from the camera, the image is 3888 X 2592 pixels). My Mommie uses a Canon DSLR camera, model XTi.

The first thing we will do is crop the picture, so you do not see weird background things. I think that's a little better already!

I see that my ear is a little bit waxy. Let's just erase the dirts in my ear using the clone stamp. Since I do not enjoy having my ears cleaned, this is much easier.

This photo seems a little dark, so next we will play with the lightness and darkness and contrast.

Some of my pink tones seem to be washed out. Next we will adjust the color levels just a little bit.

And finally, just for fun, let's apply an Orton Effect! My friends Gandalf and Grayson taught me about this. We only use this effect once in a while, but it is fun to play around with. Here is a link to a site that shows you how to apply the Orton Effect using Photoshop Elements. And here is the finished product!

Harley Ruins My Good Time

This is a story about how Harley ruined my good time. As usual!

So, I was relaxing in my Hepper Pod with the top off. I even got a special blankie to make my pod even more luxurious. Suddenly, I felt some crazed eyeballs trained on me.

It was HARLEY! Come to try to STEAL the Hepper Pod from me. Even though he already has a bed that is his alone. Because I do not like that bed. Here is Harley looming over me.

I tried to tell him very nicely to leave me alone. But he would not go away.

And then Harley launched his attack. It was like battling a giant ORCA!

Harley finally left me alone. But now my good time is ruined.
