For Suzanne

My sweet friend Suzanne went to the Rainbow Bridge today. I am going to miss her so much. (Please feel free to share this tribute card if you would like to do a post for Suzanne.)

Her Journey's Just Begun

Don't think of her as gone away-
her journey has just begun
life holds many facets
the Earth is only one

Just think of her as resting
from the sorrows and the tears
in a place of warmth and comfort
where there are no days and years

Think how she must be wishing
that we could know today
how nothing but our sadness
can really pass away

And think of her as living
In the hearts of those she touched
For nothing loved is ever lost-
And she was loved so much.

    Daisy, that was so beautiful and thoughtful! I am just so hearbroken for Toni because I know how much she loves Suzanne. I think it's wonderful, all the support she is getting from her cyber friends and family. I will truly miss Suzanne. She became more of a family member for me through Oscar.

    Haven't heard from the Vet, I was just getting ready to call. I'm sure he's OK. Thanks.

    We are just so heartbroken over Suzanne's passing. We know that she is feeling young again and playing like a kitten, now, but losing such a good friend is so very hard. It makes Mom smother us, too. She kisses a little more and needs more lap time...
