Fly Away!

I was looking out the window at my backyard, scanning for lizards... And look what I saw! A huge flock of weird birds. They were having a convention under the Gumbo Limbo tree.
I did not like the birds taking over MY yard. Without an invitation. So I sent some bad thoughts to them. See how hard I am concentrating?
And then they flew away! I have very strong powers to make them fly away with just my thoughts.
I laughed and laughed when I watched them flying away!

They were scampering pretty fast, and they were definitely fat little guys, so I guess their Mom is a good one. I haven't seen her yet. I'm sure glad you are back! I need my Daisy fix in the morning.

  39. What a powerful mind you have! Lately I am also seeing flocks of birds, mostly all geese and ducks. Apparently they fly south in winter to escape the cold ... I think they are escaping because they saw me coming to town :)

  40. Thank you for welcoming me, Daisy! I admired the way you were able to use your mind to get those birds out of your yard. I also admired the way you threw your head back to laugh in victory. You have inspired me to work on my own mind powers. I would love to be able to open my special treats without mommy's help . . . and make the doggies stop barking . . . oh, the possibilities!

  51. Daisy, you're a good example of the power of the feline mind. Just remember, with great power comes great responsibility...

    ReplyDelete
  52. Daisy what good mind control you have. Does it work on other cats? Can you make stinky boy Guy go away? He is always in my space.

    ReplyDelete
  53. My kitty Izzie, like to laugh and laugh when she sees birdies too. I think she might want to catch one.

    ReplyDelete
  54. We don't get huge groups of birdies like you do. We get little, bitty, tiny birdies in our hedge an' a couple of crows squawking.

You must have amazing mind powers, 'cuz I can't get birdies to leave (or fly into my mouth) by just thinkin' 'bout them.
