Photo Hunters #41: Classic

The Photo Hunters theme this week is classic. I love to watch cartoons, so I thought I would show you some of my favorite classic cartoons. Here is one of the best: The Flintstones. Yabba Dabba Doo! Uh oh! Wilma is very mad about something.
And here is another good one: The Jetsons! This is George Jetson. He got all shrunken up, and he has to take a shower in the sink. Hahahahahahaha!
Mr. Jetson is nice. Here he is scratching my head. Cartoon characters can be your friends!
This is Huckleberry Hound. I am not sure I like him. His hat is very cute though.

  1. Great set of photos! I love the way George Jetson gets to scratch your head. Nots sure what our cats would make of Huckleberry Hound either... or Deputy Dawg for that matter!

  12. It's good to know that there are other kitties out there who enjoy watching TV like we all do! :) Mostly I favour watching TV in bed sat on Mummy, Isis likes this best too! In the living room we cats have our own special seat in front of the TV that's low enough that our heads don't get in front of the screen... Yep, we're spoilt! :)

  16. Dear Daisykins,
WE looked at yesterdays bloggie and really enjoyed it. We used to be fantastic Rex jumpers, so we were thrilled to see your accuracy in the last shot.
    The choker was very pretty.

today, well, Cartoons are very fun! our little girlbeans really enjoyed them when they were little. Our mommie did not know cartoons as she moved to the US when she was 13 and "too old" for cartoons but sometimes she would watch them to help her learn american english.
the Jetsons was a good show for that. The Flintstones were a big hit too. I belive whole family's watched that show together. They have cartoons now but they are all cheezy and sleezy.

we hope you and Pixiekins have a lovely week-end

  34. Those are furry excellent examples of classic cartoons.

When Mom was a kid, she had to travel all the way to Washington State to watch them at her gramma and grandpa's house 'cuz Mom didn't have cable television.

  41. Oh Mosaic Lady LOVED the Flintstones! (on video, years later, of course. ;-) She thought Barney was so cute, sort of like she thought Peter Tork was so cute.

Daisy, we think your Grama in Wyoming is reading our blog sometimes! If she is, we'd like to thank her for stopping by. We hope ML's foul mouth does not offend her. It offends us, deeply. And often.

  44. Hi Daisy,

We are all fine, but Meowmie's brain is furry sick again. She is lukking after us furry well, but not taking care of herself so gud. The human vets want her to go into hospital for a rest, but she is refusing to go cos that means leaving us, so the human vets can't do anyfing, cos Meowmie is furry gud at mayking them fink wot she wants dem to fink. We don't know when we'll be bak to play on da blogsphere - owr paws can't type furry well and Meowmie says she just doesn't have it in her to be playful at da moment. We hope dat she feels better soon so we can come bak and visit you all - we efun haf some new photos of our Maine Coon cousins to share, but dey still in da picture box wayting to be downloaded onto the compy.

We hopes you and effury one in da blogosphere is doing okay - we are fine, and we will luk after Meowmie until she feels better.

    Headbutts and Purrs,

    Minxy
