  1. Yea, we're first!!

Mr. Shrill is a bad influence. We're glad Bert and Ernie turned down the chocolate and the cigarettes but it looks like he taught them some bad manners.

  12. Wow, Daisy. That is a very stern look you have! Just remember, when you have a sit-down with Bert & Ernie, it wasn't really their fault. Mr. Shrill needs a time out. Make it a year.

  13. Daisy, did you know bad manners is the number one reason that gerbils are returned to the animal shelter? You need to give them a talking to. Mr. Shrill is a bad friend.

  27. Our mom was cracking up reading this! Mr. Shrill smoking!! We didn't laugh, though, because smoking is bad, just like the gerbils said. And we're very sad that they are not polite anymore. Mr. Shrill, you are a Bad Man.

  28. Bert and Ernie, please take no notice of Mr Shrill. Not only is smoking ill-advised and norty ~ but rudeness is norty too. Yoo will be much more lpved if yoo are good.

BTW, if you do a Google search for "smoking gerbils" you can find some...

  45. Yikes Daisy, you might have your work cut out for ya with getting Bert and Ernie back on track from that Mr. Shrill. (Like I said before, if Mr. Shrill gives you problems...the "cement shoes" offer still stands.)
