I Am Ruffled

I am a little bit embarrassed to be seen in this ill-fitting suit  See, the neckline is far too low for my delicate shoulders.
It is very too bad, because it is a pretty suit with all the frilly ruffles and the satin bow.
Mommeh? Please to take me out of this outfit, okay?
I prefer not to wear outfits that I do not enjoy.  Sorry, suit.

  1. Oh no, Daisy, was this one a fashion fail? Would sending it to be altered help?

  2. I agree with Sparkle - see if it can be altered. It's too pretty to just give up so easily!

  3. Miss Daisy, we're so sorry you aren't comfy with that dress. Did you get your treats, anyway?

  4. Your outfit is so lovely and such a pretty shade of blue. We think it just needs a tailor :)

  5. It is very pretty, the blues suits you Miss D. Maybe you need to get it fixed up so you can wear it better?

    Have a lovely weekend sweetie.

  6. It looks like you might need to find someone who is handy with a needle, Daisy! We don't see why you shouldn't have your very own seamstress!

  7. Oh no Daisy, that is a little off the shoulder suit. But it is a pretty color and the bow looks nice too. We know Mom will find you something that fits. Have a great day.

  11. The color is fantastic for you Miss Daisy, but I agree that its a bit too big around the shoulder area. Do you know a good Kitty Couture and Stylist? Cause your moms isn't doing you any favors! BOL!!

  19. Daisy, how is it that you do not have your own purrsonal seamstress? Oh noes!

All in all though, I do think you made the absolute most of your ill-fitting suit. What a professional little trooper! srsly.

  20. Yes, we must say that this dress and display of it were not up to your usual standard, daisy. However, we agree that it is a fetching colour and hopefully you can find something in it that is more fitting.

  22. You do look a bit crabilated Daisy....

  23. I bet that would be pretty. It is too bad they did not make it the right size for you.

  24. Oh Daisy, how delightfully European! Your suit, while perhaps a tad bit loose, emphasizes your lovely décolletage, and that ain't a bad thing, don't you know.

    We think it looks grand.

  25. I was also going to mention your mancat Skeezix!!

  26. Maybe a bra with clear straps to create a little cleavage would help?

  27. I suggest finding a good seamstress to fix it because I love the ruffles and color! It's sooo in right now!

  28. Nothing wrong with a low cut dress once in awhile! But comfort is impurrtant.

  34. Oh no. I agree with everyone else. All you need is a little tailor work.

  37. I think you look marvelous in ruffles, Daisy! Domino has the same problem with the necklines of the dresses being too open, so that they slide down. They fit great otherwise.

You did very well, dear, despite not liking the outfit. A real professional like you has to grin and bear it, sometimes.

Love that colour on you, too!

  38. That dress is pretty, just like you, Daisy. Sorry it did not fit properly, though!

  39. I know this feeling Daisy. many times in the past when I would dress-up all the time, there were outfits that I did not care to wear either. Most always your Mommeh dresses you and harley is excellent clothes. Maybe a larger kitty would like to wear this lovely frock. You could wrap it up and tie a bow and surprise one of your friends. Love, Auntie Teesa

  41. Yes, some modesty would be in order... A girl just can't wear something that low cut and be comfortable!!

  42. I am sorry you don't feel comfortable because it does look good on you. But fashion isn't JUST about looking good, it is about feeling good as well. Hopefully your next outfit will work better.

  43. Oh Daisy, your outfit sure looks pretty. But so sorry you didn't enjoy it. Maybe your mom can fix it so that it will fit you better!
