Awwww, /Daisy, you are such a good sister!!! Harley, you are doubly loved because you're adopted. I'm sure your kitty Mom tried very hard to take good care of you under difficult circumstances!
Harley, you were born into a basket of love! . . . I don't know why we call them LITTERS, either. But you're so blessed to have such a sweet sister in Daisy!
Good save Daisy, we girls don't know if we could be that nice to M'Gee, all we want to do is beat him up...and he takes it! We like the idea of a treasure, we'd feel better saying "another treasure of kittens just got dropped off".
Another great comedy, you two. We are with you and Sparkle. It seems we cats are finding quite a few accepted terms unacceptable to us. I smell some change in the air! Power to the peaceful paws!
One definition of litter is, the disorderly accumulation of objects; a pile. We agree another term might be better. How about a cadre of kittens? or a bevy of babies? Or course a litter is also something you can be carried on. Maybe we should transport our cadre of kittens on a royal litter? I always think the English language is difficult.
We agree with Sparkle. We like treasure ;) We also agree with Daisy. You are NOT litter, you are a handsome Mancat!!! Purrs Tillie and Georgia, Tiger,Treasure,JJ and Julie
You are right Daisy, there is something wrong with calling kittens a litter! What would be a better term? Cornucopia? Wealth? Treasure?
