Messy Me!
Ok, here is my slightly unladylike side. It is not pretty, but I love my stinky goodness. We found out that my bladder stones were oxalate, not struvite, stones. So, now I am eating a prescription diet of Hills' X/D. Since my sister Pixie is Not Allowed to eat this food, I get to eat on the counter! (but not near where any food is prepared).
If you click to enlarge this one, you might be sorry! Here I am with food stuck to my face. And my eye is watering a little because the food is so good. YUMMMMMMM!
And, just so you know, Pixie is no dainty eater either. Here she is taking a gigantic CHOMP out of her foods.

You don't look to messy to me. I usually end up with food all over the counter. And I think you should feature Pixie's banana eating video one day so everyone is sure to see it!
Hi Daisy! fanks furs stopping by our bloggie. Out of the five of us, I finks we all make a mess in our own ways. Pounce pulls food out of her bowl before she eats it. I take big bites too, and Shamy gobbles his down. Sia and Taps are prettty neat eaters.- Snowy

I never had stinky goodness afore but you sure make it look good!
Some of the Bad Kitty Cats Snort when they eat and crunch loudly and make big messes. They throw their food on the floor and play with it, but I wont name any names. It's all those OTHER cats I live with. Daisy and Pixie you both are too cute! It doesn't look too messy, just happy eating.

I'm glad you like your special food. Cats are allowed to be messy eaters because they always clean up after themselves. I'm sure you had a good wash afterwards and are now back to being your pristine self.

This is my first comment on blogger, and what's even more exciting is that it's about food. And what I want to say is food actually tastes better when you gobble it right. That's right. I've tested it. And I can tell by the photos that Daisy and Pixie are gobbling very rightly.

Oh Daisy and Pixie -- You can't be as messy as we are, at owr hous. Meowmy has to give us all separate bowls, or we rassle, and knock the bowls over. I get to eat on the counter, cause I eat my first can of Fancy Feast chicky chicky while meowmy fills the other 9 bowls. Then I get my 2nd can so I won't bother the others whilz they tri to eat afore I can finish the 2nd one.
I eat LOTZ for a itty bitty cat.
But my favrite meals are my raw chicken drummies. I make a whopping mess with them, cause I won't stay in the kitchen with them... I drag em everwhur.

Oooooo....how unlady-like of you Daisy. But its OK, the princess at my house is often very unlady-like too.
at least you seem to be limiting your mess to your face and bowl. I eat with my paw - scooping stuff out and eating it. sometimes I fling it around too. then I go splat the water in the bowl to clean off my paw. eating is fun.
