My Pretty Pink Pill
This stuff is called Cosequin Feline. I like it because it is a pretty pink color. My Mommeh was noticing that I don't play as much as usual, and I spend a lot of time on my heated cat pad. Since Devon Rex kittehs can be prone to hip dysplasia, my Mommeh decided to try some Cosequin to keep my joints healthy.
I get this sprinkled on my foods, and it tastes a little bit delicious. It has been about a month, and I definitely play and jump and run around more now! My Mommeh says I act like a little maniac sometimes.
I like this picture because, even though I have a squishy belleh, when I stretch out to jump, it goes away! See how trim I look? Maybe it is not a squishy belleh, maybe it is just some extra material so I can stretch out long. Yeah, that must be it!
ps: Check out this story about the Top 40 Cat Care Blogs. My bloggie is listed as one of the Top 9 Cat Bloggers! I feel proud and happy!

hmmmmm.... Fae is still young, so i'm not sure whether or not i should worry about this with Fae yet...? but this is certainly something i should keep in mind. hmmmmm....
i'm glad that it's helped you feel/move better, Daisy. :) BTW, your stomach is just fine, whether stretched or not!
You look great jumping, Daisy! Glad your mommeh is on the ball and got that pill to help you.
We are glad your pretty pink pills are helping you to be more active again.
Do you think my tummy will disappear if I do a lot of jumping? Flynn says it is beyond squishy.
Eric
So glad you are feeling more spry! You can stretch out really well! You look like a super hero!
That pill is very pretty and sure makes you jump really well now. Congrats on your first place in the 40 top cat blogs in your category. That is so great but very well deserved. Glad that pill is making you feel a little better.
Daisy, you're quite svelte and trim. No reason to fret over your figure. It's gorgeous!
Hi Daisy!
Glad you are featured on the Top 40 Cat Care Blogs! You forgot to mention the 'world renoun' part! I know you're modest.
Your pill seems to be helping your energy level. Kitties running like maniacs is a good thing!

Wow, I think I need some of those pink pills, Daisy. My tummy needs some stretching too. ;)

The Florida Furkids and Angel Sniffie
Daisy - that action picture of you was great. Mum will remember about your pills because Emma who lived here before us had painful arthritis and she would like us not to be sore like she was. We see Fat Eric got a mention too as well as Sparkle and Goma.
i've always said the pink pills are the best.
That is such a big pill, Daisy! When we first saw it we wondered how in the world you would swallow something so big!!! We are glad it gets sprinkled on your food instead. It looks like it must be working for you, too. That is quite a leap you are making in the picture.
Purrs,
Clarissa & Co.
You should be proud and happy! Congratulations!
Oh, wow! I am glad u has ur medicine and very glad u is healthee. :) {{{Daisy}}}
Your belly is all you, and you are a love kitty, so a little stretchy skin is just more to love! I'm glad your mommeh decided to see if maybe you were hurting a little, and try to fix it. When my kitties get sick, I never see until they really feel bad. My vet told me it was because animals don't show illness or weakness, because in the wild places, it would mean they would be prey. It helped me understand how hard I had to look at them and to trust my instincts if I didn't think everything was okay, even if they didn't have overt symptoms. I'm glad your mommeh knows you so well!
Wow Daisy--that does make you leap and jump. Maybe I need some of that to help me fend off Ichiro!
How wonderful that it is both delicious and good for you, Daisy!
Delishus and good for yoo ~ that can't be bad! We LOVE the action pic!
Mom's been wondering about Scooby lately. He seems to walk kind of gingerly and doesn't like to jump up on things anymore. He's 10 and she's worried it might be a touch of arthritis.
The piggies thank Bert & Ernie for coming by to say "hi".
The lady cats here use Cosequin too and we think it's helping them. Caitie jumps like you do, Daisy, but Lizzie stays on the ground.
Pretty pink pills and you are #1 on Cat Blogs! This is so exciting!
Luf, Us
We like your action shot too!
That must be why I have extra "blub, blub" as meowm calls it! ~~Junior
Concatulations on making the top cat care list.
You have the prettiest eyes Diasy. Sorry you don't feel well. PussDaddy has an ear infection right now too.
PD
We haven't had problems with our joints yet.LP wishes we would slow down some times so she'll keep a close watch in case her wish comes true...cause that might not be a good sign!
Glad you are feeling spry again Daisy.
Concats on being a splendid cat blogger!
the critters in The Cottage
Daisy, I would not TOUCH any food with the cosequin on it...not even tunas! I think it is manufactured by Monsters. Mommy was sad about that because it would be good for my rebuilt knee.
You are QUITE the leaper! My poochie pleats all go away when I stretch, too.
~~ Felix
That is great if you think the pill is delishus. I have slowed down a lot: maybe I need some too.
Catzowey! Looks like youza jumping from Florida to CalEyeFurKneeYah!

You stuff is terrific. I have to inform you that I may sometimes have to steal pictures from you for my cat captions. I will give you full credit of course (not that you need it). Great site and great kitties.

Check this out.
If it's pink it has to be tasty :)
That's some action shot there Daisy.
Wow! That's some pink pill, Daisy! Glad you're feeling good!!
CONCATULATIONS on being featured as one of the TOP 40 CAT CARE BLOGS!! Your blog is genius so that is no surprise!
I think your attitude is wonderful about your medicine, just having a good attitude about it makes it taste better.
Also...Cody agrees about jumping making a "belleh" look thinner...he experiences the same phenomenon! MOL!
Ooh, Daisy - you look so cute with your pink pill!
Tee! Hee! Lemon had a "squishy belly" too - or rather, we called it her "saggy tummy" - but the vet said that it's just the "fat pad" and that all kitties have it! Although it was more pronounced in Lemon coz the vet said she was an 'old-fashioned' type of "cobby cat" with those compact bodies, like you used to see on farms. Hsin-Yi used to love to play with Lemon's 'saggy belly' and squeeze it and tease her - Lemon was very good about putting up with it! :-)
slobbers,
Honey the Great Dane
It's great that your Cosequin is helping your joints feel good, Miss D. Being a maniac is FUN!
ooohhh and aren't you cheeky....jumping around on the kitchen counters...hahahhahah.
Yep...I've got a bit of squishy tummy stuff on my belly too....and it helps to stretch me out...to my full height... but, it does kind of settle when I just stand normally..... sigh.... but, I'm going to run right out and get some pink pills.... and before I know it...I, too, will be jumping from counter to counter.... wheeeeeeeeeee.... I hope nobody shows up with a camera....
Hi, Daisy!
Glad to know the pink pill is working for you and now you are more active!
I have a funny belly too... but now thanks to you I know the purpose of it!
Kisses and hugs
Lorenza
I love a leaping Daisy!!
Wow! I bet you could almost give Harley a run for his money with your maniac jumps.
We are so glad you are feeling like playing! Love that jump
Your Mommeh may also want to try giving you Dasuquin, Daisy. I haven't used it for cats, but have given it to my very large, very old dogs for hip pain and it really helped. Cosequin made a small difference for them, but Dasuquin made a *big* difference (my German shepherd was able to stop taking Rimadyl). I'd been giving the dogs Cosequin for about two years before I switched, so I'm sure the improvement I saw wasn't just imaginary.
Daisy, you were very modest to say "on the top 9" when you are actally #1 on that list...
Hey, Daisy, Sammy takes that pretty pink pill every day, too. And it seems to help him also!
We love that shot of you jumping in the air. :)
We are so glad your pills are making you feel better=we love your cool leaping photo, beautiful Daisy!...xoxo...Calle, Halle, Sukki
Awesome Daisy! Yes, that indeed is just extra for those long stretches. Love the action shot! And I am not surprised at all you are tops in cat's blogs. You've always been my #1 Cat blog that's for sure! Congrats!
