Fashion Show Friday: Pixie's new robe!

Here is my sister, Pixie, modeling the new pink robe she got as a prize for winning Skeezix's Valentine's Day Contest, with her Valentine to Icon. It is beautiful pink satin, lined in terry cloth, with very soft faux fur trim. I do not think Pixie is very happy wearing the robe. See, she has her "hat" on. I think I might need to borrow the fabulous robe from her....

Here is another view of the beautiful robe. Yes, the more I think about it, that robe would look better on me. Far, far better.

Fashion Show Friday: Our Valentine Party Dresses!

I have decided to wear my red and white polka-dotted party dress. It has spaghetti straps to show off my shoulders, and rows of frilly ruffles. I love it because it is very festive.

Here is another view. See, the front is cut away for ease of movement. This means I will be able to dance in this dress. Also, I think Skeezix will like it because my tummy shows!

Pixie is wearing a more formal gown, since she is older and more mature. It came from China, which is where I think all of the famous design houses are. Hers has beautiful embroidery on the white sleeveless top. The skirt is shiny pink satin! I think Icon will like Pixie in this dress because he is a very classy cat.

Here is another view of Pixie's frock, where you can see the beautiful flower appliques on the waistband and hem. Also, this dress has TWO layers: a deep pink underlayer, and the pale pink outerskirt. It is very sophisticated!

We also wanted to show our support to Mom Robyn from Hot(M)BC today. She has done so much for the cat blogging community, and we really appreciate everything she has done for everycat. And, I really hope she is feeling better soon too! Because she is so special, and Pixie and I love her.

Pixie and I have been going through our closet and trying on outfits to figure out what we are going to wear to the Valentine's party on Friday at Beau Beau and Angie's. This is going to be a tough decision. I can't find just the right outfit yet.....

Oh no! Pixie wants to wear the same outfit that I want to wear. We are having a stare-off to see who will win. I have tried to explain to her that I want to look special for Skeezix. She said she does not care! Because she wants to look good for Icon! On Fashion Show Friday we will show you what outfits we decided on.

Fahion Show Friday: My yellow sundress!!

Here is my brand-new sundress! I got it on the sale rack. Isn't it pretty? It is not pink, but I think yellow is a good color too.

Here is a view of the back of my sundress. See the detailed embroidery? There is even a little bow on the back, and straps that criss-cross in front.

It also comes with this sunbonnet that ties in the front with a silk ribbon. It has holes for my ears to stick out of. I feel very pretty when I wear my new sundress. Do you think the sunbonnet makes my ears look too big?

The only bad part about this dress is I have to be careful when I am playing so I don't get my new outfit dirty. So, I will not wear this outfit very often.


Professor Daisy's Tip for Cats: It is best if yer outfits are wash 'n wear so you can play rough in them if you want. Also, do not be afraid to shop the sale racks.
