Meezer Monday: Meet Cricket
First off, I am still purring and purring that Skeezix gets all better soon. I am missing him.
We just got a new printer that can also be a scanner. So I am going to show you some old pictures, even though the picture quality is no good. Here is a picture of Cricket. I never got to meet him, because he went to the Bridge a few weeks before I came home. Even though his fur got very dark, he was a chocolate point Siamese. He was a very, very sweet natured cat. And, can you guess who that cat is playing in the background? You are right, it is the baby Pixie!

I learned that many many years ago, Pixie was not grouchy like she is today. See, here she is actually snuggling with Cricket! She never snuggles with me.

Cricket looks like a lovely Meezer. He was certainly very dark for a chocolate point - wow! My mom also had a Siamese before I came along. His name was Whiskers, and he went to the Bridge a couple of months before I came to live with my humans.

What a nice meezer, and Pixie was a furry kyoot baby cat. Mom tells us tales about how Zippy used to play wif old Punkin, she even has pikshers. We still don't beleeve it! She's such a grump.
What a lovely Meezer that is. It's too bad you didn't get to know Cricket. Meezers are lovely.

Daisy, I'm glad you are willing to take my advice about the litterbox. The woman said that I left out a few of the negatives on the auto litterbox. She said she scrapes off the rake about once or twice a week with the little sifter rake that comes with it. She also turns up all the litter a few times a week too so that it doesn't get too stuck to the bottom. She also learned that you don't have to toss the plastic containers each time you empty them, but can just dump the contents and reuse them several times--it will save money.

I really enjoyed the photos of Cricket and baby Pixie.
Pixie might seem grouchy but it happens when you get older. Plus she doesn't feel all that well, as I understand it so who can blame her!? Our woman gets kind of grouchy too.

Cricket sure was a handsome cat. And how cute Pixie was when she was little. I think the reason Pixie is grouchier now is because she doesn't feel good all the time and she is getting up in age but still she is a sweet cat and she is lucky to have a sister like you Daisy.

Thanks for sharing those great photos. Our mom just loves kitten pictures. Pixie was a dear little girl and Cricket was such a nice meezer. Mom has been going through some of our old kitten photos and hopes to scan and post some of them when we celebrate our respective birthdays. It's been a long time since we were kittens.
