Christmas in July!
My friends at Purs n' Snorts had a Christmas in July gift exchange! I got to exchange gifts with Nixon and Fatty! And my presents have arrived! Here I am checking out the box. Sometimes I stick my tongue out a little bit when I am concentrating real hard.
Look at the wonderful things I got! Temptations! Toys! And this very fashionable rain jacket. I cannot wait to model it.
But I also got something even more special. This bag says LIVE contents! I am going to stick my head right in there and check it out.
LOOK!!!! I got a PET ROCK! I am so excited about this because I do not have any pets since my Sea Monkeys got deaded. And my Jumping Beans got deaded. And my butterflies flew the coop. I'll bet I will have much better luck with my new pet!
I got a little bit overexcited about all these presents and I started jumping all around.
Do not worry, I did not forget to share with Pixie.
I will spend some quality time with my new pet now. I think we will have some good times together. Good times.

Mommy had a pet rock when she was little. She said you won't have to worry about it dying, but that they get lost easily and do not answer when you call (how rude).

Daisy - We love your presents!!! You are so lucky to have Christmas come early! Thomas says that if the rock is a boy, it should be named "Rock" (like Hudson). Phoebe says that if the rock is a girl, it should be named "Pebbles" (like Flintstone). Trixie says that whichever it is, it should be named Trixie 'cause she likes that name. Duh!!!

oooooh, a pet rock! our Lady had one when she was a kid, and she still has it. (her parents wouldn't buy her a "real" Pet Rock, so she took a rock and put two dabs of nail polish where eyes should be and made it look all cute) we hear rocks are great pets and hers is still alive after 35 years!
That is so great!! I especially love the Pet Rock. I think he might be easier to take care of.
