The Photo Hunters theme this week is: stripes. Well, I do not have any stripes in my furs. So I thought I would show you something funny. I have a stripe on the bottom of my tongue!
Here's a close-up picture. Do you see the stripe? I do not know what the stripe is for. Except to look funny.

You have the cutest stripey tongue dear Daisy! I think the stripe might be a mussel... erm, muscle too, to help with phlesching (sp?) and stuff like that. Just did some Googling on that word so I think I've got it well wrong! Anyhoo, what I mean is when cats do some deep, long-range sniffing which also involves the sense of taste.
