I think you might need to put a bell on Harley so at least you can get some advance warning of your good times being ruined.

I planted 2 catnip plants and the roving cats dug them up- but Tandy had fun rollin g in it for awhile. I love to cut off pieces and watch my friends roll on them ..Stop it Harleu Bitty Bopper and Evigny Mimue would not ruin Daisy's good times..

Hey, Harley and Daisy--We found a ginormous catnip plant just over the fence! There are branches reaching through to our yard!!! It is soooo OURS!! AND we just planted our own catnip in the garden. Let us know if your stash runs out--we'll send you some of the fresh stuff! (Gees, I sound like a dealer.)

A bell is a great idea! Catnip makes our Nicki a bit mean and aggressive, he's not allowed to have it very often. Some cats just have that kind of reaction!
P.S. He was very clever to open the nip, though!
the cops often need to respond when catnip is involved.
