Diasy, I have a song for you to sing to the birdie from Frankie Vallie: "My eyes adored you Though I never laid a paw on you, My eyes adored you Like a million miles away from me you couldn't see How I adored you: So close, so close and yet so far..."
Oh Daisy, I'm back looking at your birdie again. I had a huge white cockatoo today, but it was way up high and I was inside.
All I want from outside is a blade of grass. I don't want much! One day she looked out the window and I was sitting OUTSIDE on her bedroom window ledge! She nearly had a heart attack and she called me VERY bad names.
I sneak out between people's ankles! They have to check for me constantly and as I hide while holding my breath, it causes problems for Her daily.
She says she'll put my badge in the kitchen drawer if I get out again.
Were you doing twitchy tail or shaking your booty? EG does that when he's bird watching and it makes Mom giggle a lot. I think your Mommie should take you outside so that you can play with the birdie.
I think that bird is flirting with certain death. It doesn't know you can transmogrify yourself right through that window pane and CHOMP! it. It's only because you're a proper young ladycat that you do not CRUNCH it!
ah the birds!!...my suggar...jumps where she id not too....to look at the birds all then time!! thanks for the linc ya sent me.....however...i do not think i am computer literate enough to figure it out....you are way too smart for me with this stuff.....but thanks for the linc!....
Be careful what you wish for, Daisy... that's a Schmockingbird, and they can be pretty mean. Although once I saw two of them chasing a squirrel in my back yard and I was, as Jeter Harris says, laffin and laffin!
Sometimes a Schmocker lands on top of our chimney and sings its little brains out. Of course, my human thinks it's charming. But then, Schmockers aren't food to humans.
How frustrating with that glass in the way! Were you talking to the birdy? - that's what I do when I see them outside, but they never come close to visit me.
Daisy, I bet you'd be great tracking down those little tweeties! I can hear your chatter there, too. Ears are back, tail is going. You're ready for take-off!
67 Notes for Daisy:

I hope that birdie knows how lucky it is that there is a window between the two of you!
. . . I giggled at the "no wonder they call it a pane."
Only one birdie!? That isn't much to choose from!
Bad birdie...Looks like someone is just trying to just stir it up.
Don't let it get too you..
Take care,
Connie
Oh no Daisy, that birdie shouldn't tease yoo like that. Bet he wuz making yer teef chitter chatter.
Daisy, you look so small in that chair! I bet you had a good time stalking the birdie
Did ya get that birdie Daisy?
Is that darn bird teasing you? Did ya get it?
One last question, is that a Barcellona chair that you are on top of? If so, our humans are so very jealous!
Love,
Opus and Roscoe
If you were outside, I'm sure you would catch it!
What a gorgeous photo! You have a lovely home and you set it off perfectly:) xxx
Don't you just hate it when they land on your stuff and you can't get at them?!
I see a bird! I see a bird!!!!
DAISY! DAISY! YER BREKFIST IS RITE OWT THAT ON TOP OF THAT CHARE!!!
Do not jump at da birdie...yoo will definitly know why dey call it a pain of glass! I still have a headache!
Hilarious! That gave me a much needed laugh!
Bad bad bird! To tease you like that, that is cruel!!
D'oh, if only that glass wasn't there you would have that bird no problem!
That's as bad as birds come sit on the out door couch and stare at me! So frustrating!
Did you talk to the bird, Daisy? I'm really good at bird-calling: "ke-ke-kekkk." See?
Your buddy, Jimmy Joe
I betcha he/she is singing. You should join in.
I think that bird is flirting with certain death. It doesn't know you can transmogrify yourself right through that window pane and CHOMP! it. It's only because you're a proper young ladycat that you do not CRUNCH it!
No birdys to chatters at? Oh nooooooooooo, whats happpeneds to them?
I love your quip on the 'pane'. I watch birdies outside whereas you watch them from the inside. It definitely more fun out than in.
This is a wonderful photo because we do not often get to see your pretty back fur markings from a distance!
Did you get the bird?
Why birdless? Did da birdie fly away?
Hi Daisy,
You and me have similar tastes !I luv the birdies too.But mommy and daddy prevent me from getting too close(in my mouth!)
Frasier
We thinks the birdies like to tease kitteahs. Birdies can be so mean.
ps We really like the cool furs pattern on your back!
ah the birds!!...my suggar...jumps where she id not too....to look at the birds all then time!!
thanks for the linc ya sent me.....however...i do not think i am computer literate enough to figure it out....you are way too smart for me with this stuff.....but thanks for the linc!....
Oh no....a day without birds is like a day without sunshine....
I am sure it was not totally wordless...:) I think you did the special birdy voice at the moment your mommy, er, photographer took the photo.
You are gonna tell 13 things about your belly button tomorrow? Ohhh, I have to read that, I stil haven't found mine...maybe you have a tip.
Headbutts,
~Ruis
Are you quacking at it, Daisy? Mr. Chen would be quacking at that birdie for sure! You are at the ready! Great form!
Purrs,
Mr. Chen & Ollie

That birdie looks yummy! Did you get a good taste of him?
DMM
I'd say that was a nervy bird. Did he have your permission to sit on your deck chair?
Hugs...G
Don't you hate it when they taunt you from the other side of the glass! Oh, and your furs do look beautiful in that photo--great patches of color.
~J&B
How frustrating with that glass in the way! Were you talking to the birdy? - that's what I do when I see them outside, but they never come close to visit me.

Kittyhugs and purrs from MaoMao.
Oh wow, I just love your bird-watching window! I know you're bound to see some birdies soon. *smile*
Purrs and snuggles from Marilyn.
Aw, poor Daisy. Birdless Wednesdays are no fun for kitties.
Daisy, I bet you'd be great tracking down those little tweeties! I can hear your chatter there, too. Ears are back, tail is going. You're ready for take-off!
