Oh the joys of newspapers. Our fave thing to do is wait until our human has the paper spread out in her usual fashion - whether on the family room floor or the kitchen table, and jump up and try to get underneath the paper. This usually results in the paper being flung all over the place and then we prefer to play with it and pretend there is a mouse underneath it! Its great fun and our human has to pay attention to us instead of reading the paper that way because, of course, naturally we lie down afterwards right on the section she happens to be reading.
Its a wonderful activity...

that is so clever because then you can multi-task, read while you grooms. I always grooms on top of useful things like papers or mombean's stuff she is grading or dadbeans complicated textbooks. then I can multi-task.
