Public transport is probably the best idea Harley. Running a car is expensive. Also, we don't know how old you have to be to drive in the US, but in the UK you have to be 17, so you aren't quite old enough yet.
You might want to start with a bicycle until you get to the proper age.
Harley it is very eco conscious of you to take the bus. Maybe you could get a money jar and save some money to buy yourself a car.

Harley, there are no short cuts to being a responsible driver. However if you are in a good Spycat organization, they should be able to get you what you need.
No one would ever suspect a spy on a bus! Good idea.
