I will soon be doing SURGERIES!
I am getting my sutures out this afternoon!! I have been thinking... it is NO FUN to go to the V-E-T for surgery. So, I am taking a Milton-Bradley Home Study Course called Operations. I figure that, once I have learned everything and gotten my Operations license, I can do surgeries for all of my cat-friends! Here I am on Part 1 of the course: the Brain Freeze. I am studying very closely because I am a good student.
One of the hardest parts is learning to have good control of the instruments. I am still practicing that part.
Once I get my Operations license, I will charge 17 cents per surgery. I don't want to brag, but I think I will soon be rich! Look how much I have earned already! And this is when I am just an intern! I have already been practicing on myself - I chewed off one of my stitches. This was before I learned how to use the tweezers... I mean scalpel.
Professor Daisy's Tip for Cats: If you need a very complicated surgery, such as to the Wishbone, you should probably go to a specialist.
35 Notes for Daisy:
I was wondering if you might chew off your stitches.
*heehee* you are sooo cute.
you would make a very adorable coach!
<3
Oh, Daisy, you're going to be rich! And helping the sick at the same time; you are such a good cat.
Nice profession you have chosen. Please learn how to do ho-ha-extomies, Munchkin is in need of one.
You are going to be rich! Good for you only chewing one of your sutures. I will certainly come to you instead of the VET. I trust you a lot more!
Kaze
Yes Daisy dat am a furry gud pro-fes-shun yu picked to go into. I fink yu will be rich too. I bet yu will grad-u-wait top in yur class!
Abby

Maybe you can point out where the hairball comes from ;)
As an intern, can yoo remove Zippy's hissy spot. Oh, and maybe her cranky bone too. Den she wood be nice to us and not hiss us so much. I'm sher yoor gonna be rich, effuryone will come to yoo fur der owchies cuz yoo are a cat and not a meen bean vet.
I am studying the Cranky Bone next week. That is in the advanced course.
Daisy, I am all about promoting cats into professions that they don't normally choose. Bravo!
That is really neat! Maybe when I finish my MzD, we can go into practice together! But we won't get rich if you keep eating the profits....Tara
this is excellent news! we'd be way more inclined to go to the vet if the vet were as cute as you are.
Hi Daisy, I sure wish you had taken the course sooner. I didn't like my human performing her torture on my wound in my tail.
I am so glad you are getting you stickies out! They itch!
Good Afternoon To You My Furry Friend! Love and Kitty Purrs ~ Zed Monster
Daisy, what you're doing is outstanding. It's only right for cats to operate on humans, considering the stress we cats feel when going to human v*ts. Well, when they come in to see you, just purr and purr to begin with, and then take their temperature with a cold thermometer!
Yeah, that's the ticket...
Good luck at the V-E-T Doctor Daisy the clever cat
Hey girl, keep up the good work and you'll be a pro in no time. You will make a great cat surgeon. Looks like you are already rich with all that money you have on the floor.
Casper
Good girl - make yur own money. Did you get zapped when yoo put instooment in yur mouf?
Dr. Daisy! You can definitely play nurse with me anytime.
I just came back to read all of your wonderful comments... and I am wondering WHY I wrote you would make a very adorable COACH?!? I think I was not awake yet when I read your bloggie this morning and heard something on the radio about the football game.
Is that odd or what?
Sometimes... I scare myself. I did not sleep enough last night because hubby was sick (coughing and sneezing) so maybe that was it. Yeah, that's my excuse :-)
Anyway... I think you would make a very adorrrrable surgeon kitty, because you are intelligent and very kind hearted
umm ...

u know ...
wuddya think? are u up fer it?
jus wunderin.
Rosemary, you are silly! I knew what you meant. Meow!
Jeter and the M's, I am very sorry that I can't do hoo-ha-ectomies yet. I don't get to that course until March. Unless you want me to practice on you....
Yoo will make a furry good Sirjunn, an we wud rather go to yoo than the V E T. Will yoo do home visits?
BTW yoo asked how hevvy i wuz, well I'm 21lbs. but I'm not reely fat, well mebbe a bit. I am just a big bild. Mum calls me a bulldog sumtimes(Don't know why she calls me a woofie, but she sez I haf big showlders and chest like one)
Eric

Daisy you just blow me away with how smart you are... and so talented too! Between your creative side making your Dad's birthday present and your smarts to learn operations you are going to be one successful kitty! I was also a little curious though about why you were eating your money. I'm sure you had a good reason!
Hahaha....this is just sooo cute! Love the pics! Are you studying the operations for human or cats? Haha...
Wow, you are furry talented, Dr. Daisy!
Thanks for visitin' us on our blogoversary!
Daisy, do you see my bro's name on there? She always says the Eddie bone is connected to the Mom bone but I think she's making that up.
That is great work Daisy. You are one smart kitty. I'll bet you will be the bestest kitty doctor because you understand us!
Can you figure out how to get us safely to a surgery without having to be starved for hours and hours and hours????????????
Daisy ... Your cleverness never ceases to amaze me! After you specialize in hooha-ectomies and girlie-parts removal, will you move on to plastic surgery?
DMM
Daisy - I would like to apply to be your personal nurse and assist you in these surgeries, I like to make 2 cents an hour. Please let me know if you would like to see my resume.
-Emily
Dr. Daisy, we would like to make appointments with you for cosmetic surgery -- Oscar needs a tail implant, Callie needs the black spot removed from her nose, I need a tummy tuck to get my mancat abs back and I'm sure the other 12 of us need a little something nipped and tucked. Can we get a bulk rate of 16 cents?
Rocky
You a truly talented cat!
I always knew you were smart Daisy. I am going to tell everyone I know that you are a surgeon. Does this means you are going to trade up your stroller for a porche now? FAZ
Wow, my surgery appointment schedule is now booked up! This is great. Thanks everycat for supporting me in my new venture.
