About Harley...
Today I am going to tell you some things about Harley. This is going to be a long story, so you might want to get a snack to eat while you are reading. Or else just look at the pictures. But remember, there could be a quiz later! Some of these things are a little confusing, so my Mommie helped me write it.
If you who follow me on Twitter, you might already have heard about some of Harley's issues. Since I am a little bit worried about him, I think now might be a good time to tell you about Harley's medical odyssey.
Harley was borned at the shelter to a feral cat who was brought in to be spayed and released. The Mamacat turned out to be very pregnant, and gave birth! She was then spayed and released, while her kittens went to foster care. Harley (his name then was Neptune) was one of that litter! When he was big enough to live at the shelter and look for his new home, he got a very bad case of ringworm! He had that for many weeks, but eventually got better. Here he is snuggling at the shelter.
When Harley came to live with me, he seemed to be in good health. My Mommie took him to have a check up, and learned all about good nutrition. Harley and I eated a high-quality grain free food. If you are interested, it is called EVO Cat and Kitten food. All seemed well for a while. Then Harley got some sores on his lip. I found this picture that shows the very first sign of Harley's problem. If you look closely, you can see the beginning of his first lip ulcer here.
Harley had to go back to the doctor's office, and he got a shot of Depo-Medrol. We both started eating from stainless steel or ceramic food dishes. No plastic bowls for us! Harley's sores went away in about 2 days and we were very happy! Then, the lesions came back again in a few weeks and Harley had to get another shot of Depo-Medrol. The sores are called "rodent ulcer" or "indolent ulcer" or eosinophilic granuloma complex (EGC).
He also was re-tested for FIV and FeLV, just to be safe. He tested negative, and we were happy again! Harley also started taking an immune-boosting supplement because it seems his immune system is not working just right.

Harley's ulcers came back for a third time just a few weeks later! He had his third and final shot of Depo-Medrol and switched to a diet of venison in case his problem was caused by an allergy to chicken. Harley had a complete blood workup, and found to have elevated eosinophils, indicating an allergic or inflammatory reaction. He also started taking an Omega-3 Fatty Acid supplement, because some cats respond to that. Sometime in December, Harley started to get a very bad case of feline acne. So my Mommie washes Harley's chin very carefully twice a day with Hibiclens.
Just yesterday, my Mommie saw that Harley is getting patches of hair loss now! Oh noes! Here you can see the patch of missing furs on his neck. If you look closely you can see a little bit of the acne along his jawline. Oh Harley!

The doctor took a sample of Harley's furs to culture for ringworm. My Mommie has to put Miconazole on Harley's bald patches! Luckily, Harley's appetite is still good!
And Harley still wants to play, play, play all the time! Here he is acting silly. When Harley first got the ulcers on his mouth, he would sometimes gag and regurgitate his foods, but he has been eating much better now.
Harley, are you okay down there? I hope you get all better soon. You might be a pesky little brother, but you are MY little brother and I love you a lot.
I might have made some mistakes telling this story because I am not an expert. I just tried my best.
132 Notes for Daisy:
Harley still young,
so he might be have some little problems~!
But I am sure with his playing mood~!
His issue will be all recover and fine~!!!
Just like Lego, no more plate again :)
I hope that Harleys problems are nothing serious. Lucky he has you and your mom and dad looking after him so well.
We hope his ulcers and bald patches go away soon.
So sorry to learn about Harley's medical problems. Hope they all go away soon and he gets completely healthy!
well Harley is lucky to have you as a big sister cuz I bet you take good care of him! (and mommy too, of course!) We especially like the pic of Harley still in the shelter all cuddled up cuz it looks like he was smiling even then!!
We hope he gets better and will definitely start purring for him (we didn't know any of this stuff...we are still a little out of touch and don't understand twitter at all! hehe even though we use it!)
We are really sorry to hear about Harley's problems, but we know he is getting the best care and all the love in the world, and THAT's the most important thing of all!
Tom and Tama-Chan
You're a good big sister for being so concerned, Daisy. I'm sure you and your mom will take very good care of him :) Feel better soon Harley!
Poor Harley, he is having quite a time of it at the V-E-T isn't he. Her has been very good though and he has everybuddy looking out for him so with a little luck he will be on the mend soon :o)
Poor guy! I hope the Vet can figure out how to keep him healthy and happy soon!
Daisy, we think you did an excellent job of telling everyone about his medical problems. We had heard about the ulcers, but not the rest of it. We will purr for him (and for you and your mommie and daddie). We hope the v-e-t figures out how to help him be healthier soon.
Tavi, Cody, Camie and Miss Jade
We didn't know Harley had been having health problems. You and your mum are doing a very good job looking after him. He is lucky to have you as a sister because you can put your Dr. Daisy hat on and help him.
óh, poor baby! but I'm glad to know that you and your mommie have so much love for Harley! he is very lucky to live with you! he is so cute, so funny! I wish that he gets better so soon!
kisses for you all!
Poor Harley! He is lucky to have you as a big sister Daisy. And to live with your mum and dad who will look after him too. I hope he will be okay.
Huffle Mawson
Oh, I didn't know about that! My poor Harley darling! I am very glad that your mom is taking such good care of you. You have to get better now though, because mommies worry a lot and that's very bad for them, too. I will be thinking of you, Harley. Get all well soon, Sweetheart! And please keep us updated, okay?
Purrrrrrrrrrrrrs, Siena
With a big sister like Daisy to look after you, Harley, it will make the road to recovery lots easier!
Oh goodness what a lot of problems Harley has been having... It's not easy keeping a cat with long term health problems in remission we know this from My Mummy's work with Tigmut'hep's FLUTD. She says her old cat Socrates had cat acne issues too and that was the result of a food allergy she eventually found and cured it. This is why My Mummy is so fussy with our food!
Purrs,
Ramses
x
We are sorry about Harley health.
Have you checked Calcivirus & herpesvirus?
Hope it resolve soon
ViVi & AB
O, Harley, sorry to hear about these problems. I hopes you feel better fast. You haf good beans to care fur you and, of course, Dr. Daisy fur a big sisfur.
Purrs,
KC
We hope that the V-E-T figures out what is wrong with Harley. We're glad to hear he is playing and eating and doing all things kittens (or young adults) do. We know you and your Mom love him a lot and so do we.
Sniffie and the Florida Furkids
Harley, we are purring our best for you, little buddy. Daisy, you did a great job of telling us what was happening. We hope you will get some good answers when the vet results come back, and that Harley is feeling fighting fit in no time.
Oh I hope Harley's problems go away soon. It is good though that he has a good appetite and enjoys playing. I regurgitate my food too sometimes, maybe two to three times a week but the vet just said it was because I eat too fast. Karen thinks there is more to it but I don't know.
Oh My!
I hope that the vet can figure out the cause of this!
You're a very good big sister Daisy!
I keep my toesies crossed for Harley :)
We're sorry Harley has some issues...Ernie has some problems like that too...he gets the mouth sores...we have figured out that his problems may be season related...he gets them in the spring and fall mostly. Ernie eats the limited ingredient foods (venison & peas)just in case it's food related. Ernie also has occasional problems with sores on his paw pads...which are also probably allergy/immune system related. We have been lucky with Ernie...his problems are infrequent and he doesn't seem bothered by them much so we treat with diet only.
We hope that his problems get under control...sounds like he's getting great care from you, Daisy!
Awwww! Poor Harley! It's good that he has a good appetite - it always seems that when a kitty's not feeling well, the appetite and not wanting to play are the first signs. So, hopefully it's not real serious.
With a good nurse like you looking after him, I know Harley will be all better soon!
Oh noes.. We do not want Harley to have health issues, we thinks you and your family have had enough of those. But we'll be keeping our paws crossed and hopefully they'll figure out what's causing all this very soon.
Purrs and Kisses,
Virus & Bajas
I didn't realize that Harley was having so many medical problems. I am sure that with your mom's help and your snoopervision, he will be just fine! I hope the VET finds out what is going on and the ulcers and bald patches are gone soon.
Miss Ed has had feline acne all her life. We use steel/glass feeing and watering dishes but it didn't really help her. I also clean her chin, but not with the dedication your mommie does Harley! Miss Ed has diabetes, so the vet thinks she may have some immunity issues. The acne doesn't seem to bother her, and it hasn't become open sores or anything, so we just take care and keep watch. I know with all the love and care he is getting, Harley's problems will get better!
That was a really cute picture of him when he was a kitten! He looks just like his mama!
daisy you did real good telling all about harley. i hope he's okay. your mommie is taking really good care of him. i like her!
smiles, auntie bee
xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox
Oh Daisy - it is worrying to hear that por little Harley has had these problems but it sounds like you are being an excellent caring sisfur and your Mom has everything in hand.
Harley is a lovely boy and we 3(Milo and Alfie and Mom) just want him to get better soon - so please send him our love and purrs.
We think he is very brave. And even with bald patches and ulcers he is still a very handsome boy.
Harley and my sister Jonesie have lots in common. What she has is rodent ulcers too. When she was younger, she used to get the puffy lips, and sometimes her issues come up as irritable bowel syndrome and now she doesn't get the puffy lip, she gets awful scabs on her back and chin. She used to get cortisone shots on a regular basis, but the dr. is afraid she will develop diabetes so now they are having my mom give her prednisone pills and play with the lowest dose she can handle and keep the problems away. She is now on Duck and Green pea food (we are All on it thanks to Jonesie!)...and we are still trying to figure it out. This has been going on for as long as we have know her...since she was adopted in 2002. We haven't tried immune boosting supplements but I think it's a good idea. She has a new dr. now and we are going to talk with them about it. Good luck to Harley. Jonesie sends him purrs and headbutts!
Awww.... don't make me cry. I swear, I sat here and cried when Pixie died...
I just hope that Harley will be okay!
He looks like such a sweet, lovable, playful boy! Hoping for the best and that his health improves soon.
Get better Harley! Everybody loves you and wants to see you well! :)
Poor Harley! Sounds like you are on top of things and he is getting the best of care.
I'm so sorry that Harley is having health issues, but he is so very lucky to have a mom that takes such good care of him and helps him get better. We hope Harley doesn't lose any more hair, but if he does, I hope he can borrow one of your wigs.
you did a good job telling us about Harley.
Daisy, We are sure you did fine telling the story.
We are so sorry to learn of Harley's health issues. We hope they clear up soon. We know your Mom is giving him the bestest care. We did not know cats could get acne. The boy beans and the Mom have acne sometimes and we felt very smug because we didn't have to worry about that. Now perhaps we do..........we have learnt something new.
Healing purrs to Harley.
~Socks, Scylla & Charybdis
Zoiks! Here's a cuddle for you, Harley. I hopes u is very better soon.
We're sorry that Harley has some medical problems but we know your Mom is taking the best care of him. I think he will be okay because he has a big sister to love him!
Harley sure has a few problems!!! We will send him purrs so that he will get rid of all his hurties :) Maybe he is having them now so that he will be healthy forever after this :)
We'll purr for that too!! heehee
Purrs Mickey,Georgia & Tillie
You're lucky to have such a good mommy & sister, Harley.
Hope your better soon! {{hugs}}
Daisy you are such a good sister to write about Harley and we hope his fur is feeling all better very soon. He is so lucky to have you and your mom and dad for his family!
love, Asha and Katia
oh, I didn't know Harley was having health issues. He is very lucky to have found such a good home with a good mom and dad and a great sister...
You did a good job of telling us about Harley's problems Daisy.
We found with Gerry's issues that Depomedon (uk version, same drug) just didn't last the full six weeks and we weren't keen on the link to diabetes either. He's now on daily Interferon and that has kept his mouth clear of sores (his were Calici not EGC but it makes his immune system work hard in the mouth area) Our vet has talked about using Interferon in EGC when everything else has failed and has seen some success with it. Has Harley had a viral swab done? this might pinpoint if there's a viral cause behind the EGC breakouts.
We wish you the best of health Harley, you have a very good family working hard to fix you up so you can be well again.
Whicky
Get well soon, Harley!
Harley is a beautiful cat. And since he is surrounded by so much love and attention, I think he will be better very soon.
Livvy the kitten sends her hugs. :D
We hope that Harley gets all better. We never had any ulcers or anything like that but we did have acne. Mom says something to us about getting older and being teenagers. Whatever mom. In the one picture it almost looks like Harley's chin has a little orangish in it but maybe that was just the light. Nemo had a white chin once and now he has a little orange beard.
-Patches and Nemo
We are going to send over some purrs Harley and we know big sister will take very good care of keeping an eye on you. Sending well wishes your way today.
Poor Harley! Kittenhood seems to be the most difficult time doesn't it? I'm sure it will all eventually be OK for Harley. We eat Evo too, have for years- it is yummy! Chase had acne when he was Harley's age but never got it again.
Kaze
Poor Harley! (And poor Mommy for having to take him on so many trips to the vet.)
My Mommy takes an Omega-3 supplement too and the hairs on her head are shiny and thick, but she has no neck hairs either.
Hope everyone is ship-shape in no time!
Your pals,
Mica and Petey
Oh, no! We had no idea Harley has been having health issues. We hope what your mom is doing will build his immune system so he will do better. We know your mom takes very good care of you two.
You are a good big sister and told harley's story very well. Hope these are just minor health issues and he gets better soon.
Oh Harley! We will purr and purr for you to get all better soon!!!!
Thanks for telling us the story Daisy!
Oh the drama!
I had bott larvae, Harley, and tapeworms that never seemed to go away even with all the medicine. Took forevah.
There is lots of hope out there furr you & thank goodness you have the good looks & personality of a champ!
Oh, deer! I'm so sorry to hear about Harley's problems. You and your mommie are taking great care of him. He could not have a better home! We hope all of Harley's problems go away soon. I know it is very hard when you are worried about your brother, even if he is pesky!
Ohhhh Harley, get well soon!!
And Daisy, what a big sister you are taking care of him, and keeping us all in the loop...thank you.
Take Care,
Kat
Get well soon, Harley! >>>hug<<<
Great job telling the story, Daisy, cause we totally understood it!
We are sorry to hear Harley is having some medical problems. Luckily your momma and the vet is right on top of it and we are sure he will be all fixed up real soon.

Dearest Daisy & Harley,
We just wanted to make sure you know that all of us love you both and hope that Harley gits to feelin' better VERY soon.
Very truly yours,
The Whiskers and Purrs Gang
Yoo did a good job of telling about Harley's health problems. Zippy and I know how stressful it can be when yoor little brofur is not well. We finally found a food dat makes Speedy's poo a little more solid and it's making his skin itch...sigh. We sure hope da vet has an easier time figgering out what is wrong wif Harley den ours is fixing Speedy's problem. It's making Dr G a little bit crazy.
Excellent story--reminds me of one I had some years back- lots of work but he came through flying like Harley will. I know all about immune systems .Mine is real strange sk
Wow Harley, if you keep on going to that vet you'll pay for his retirement soon. Hopefully you are just having a case of teenage acne.
poor Harley! I'm sorry you haven't beem feeling well. the playing is a good sign tho.
i'm on an immune stimulator too and it helps with my IBD and of course FIV.
i hope you are feeling all better soon.
PS i got tapeworms once from a flea that got in the house, so no worries about the ringworm, lots of us have been there.
Dear Harley, I hope you will get better soon, my kitty had similar problems with her skin and fur, but the doctors didn't find anything, but I realized that with careful feeding she got better. (More carbohydrate and less meat.)
Get well soon you beautiful kitty!
Oh Harley, we are so sorry to hear about all your medical problems. We do hope that its not ringworm. We hope the ulcers go away and the patches of fur grow back and that you start feeling better soon.
Poor Harley! We will start saying purrs for him today. It's a good thing your Mom is a loving and caring one. How did she notice that little ulcer on his top lip?
Poor Harley! Look at all that stuff he has to put up with...
Oh Daisy, you sound a little bit worried about you sweet baby brother and his lips and furs. I know you'll take good care of him.
Daisy

We will keep our paws & tails crossed that Harley's problems are cleared up soon! Hang in there buddy!
I hope the doctors and your mommie figure out Harley's problems soon. Poor kid can't catch a break, can he?
Oh no. Poor Harley :( He's sure had a lot of medical problems for being such a young mancat. Those ulcers look very painful and now he might have ringworm again :(
Lots of healing purrs for Harley, that soon the vet and Mommy can figure out what to do so he'll be all recovered.
I hope all of Harley's problems go away! Daisy would you mind if I put him on the goodvibes list on my blog? I know you & your Mommy will take great care of him!
Hugs & Snugs
Eduardo the Snuggle Puggle
I sure hope Harley will be ok. WE are purring for him.
--JB
We are purring and purring for Harley.
Oh Harley, you make us very nervous. I hope the vet can figure out what is going on so you can get all better. We'll be purring like crazy for you.
--Jasper
I did not know Harley had these problems - I am glad he is getting some medicines for them. I hope he is feeling okay.
Daisy, you are such a good sister!
We're purrin' and purrin' that Harley feels better soon.
We know how you feel, Daisy. Iago can be a little pest, but he's our baby brofurr and we love him.
Sara
Poor Harley! We had no idea that he had those problems. We are extra glad that he picked you guys for his family because we know that you and your mommie will do all you can for him. We are sending lots of purrs that everything gets sorted out and he feels better soon.
Oh no! My mommy used to work at a shelter...ringworm is scary! They had an outbreak while Mommy was working there, and it took a long time for all the infected cats to get better. In addition to conventional meds, they used a lot of tea tree oil in those air diffuser (or maybe infuser) things. I hope Harley gets better soon! He is lucky to have such a good Mommie and a good sister!
Poppy
"Wow" Harley has been through alot. It's a good thing he got your mom and you to take care of him....Hugs
Oh, poor Harley. We know you & your Mom are doing your very best to help him stay well.
Hi, Daisy! I thought you told that story really well. I'm sorry Harley has had so many problems, but it sounds like your Mommie is taking really good care of him.
(My husband has elevated eosinophils, and they collect in his esophagus, causing him to sometimes gag on food because his esophagus has become hardened and narrow.)
What hard times. But with such a good appetite and a playful disposition we're sure he's gonna be fine.
Cliff & Olivia
Dearest Daisy,
You are such a good big sister, and you did a VERY good job of explaining Harley's health problems. I know it is probably scary for you that he has been sick (even though he can be a pesky little brother at times!), but your mommy is taking good care of him and the doctors are making sure they find out what is wrong. Just try to give him some extra TLC. Please give mommy a big purr and kisses from me and tell her that everything will be alright.
Hugs and get well wishes for Harley!
I'm sorry to hear about Harley's medical issues. He's lucky to have a big sister like you who is so concerned about him. And you are both very lucky to have such a loving mommy who I'm sure is giving you both the best care possible. I hope that Harley gets well soon!
Don't worry about the pimples, Harley. Most teenagers get them!
Poor Harley. We hopes dat yoo grow out of this stuff yoo has.
Poor Harley! I'm sure he'll get better though with you watching out for him, and your mommy taking care of him.
Thanks for telling us all about Harley. It sure can be frustrating when things keep coming back and it's unclear how to help. Georgia and Indy both have recurring problems (not like Harley's though) and we're just now trying a holiistic vet. We're glad Harley's still feeling good and eating and playing. Oh and we eat Evo too, but just for our canned food and we love it.
Harley, you be well, okay? My mom's eyes were filling with tears when she read this post - she wants to hug you all!
We are all taking the "Missing Link" supplement with our foods now. Is that the supplement he's taking?
Oh, we are wishing Harley all the best and sending lots of love.
Luxie & family
Poor sweet Harley! I know you and your Mommie will take care of him the best way you can, Daisy!
Hopefully he will end up on a helpful course of treatment really soon. I will keep him in my thoughts and prayers for sure!
Tookie had immune problems and mouth sores off and on for a while, but she lived a really long life with only a few problems. Over 20+ years.
I know your Mommie and the VET will get things under control for Harley. You're a great sister and you explained everything purrfectly! ;)
Love and Gentle Hugs,
Lorianna
My cat came home from the shelter with what they thought was kitty acne and it turned out to be cryptococcosis which is a fungal disease around his face. It took a few different vets til they realized this since we live on the west coast and it is very rare here.
It cleared up after a couple of rebounds and he has been free of it for a few years.
You might want to have your vet check on this.
It's usually associated with HIV but he tested negative twice.
Hope he's better soon!
Schmaybe he is still lergik to somefin an he will get better as he gets older. He is such a sweet boy.
Oh, Harley! Mom read us both of the articles. Those ulcers sound like No Fun, even though the article said there is no pain. Daisy, you are such a good big sister!
I'm puwwing and puwwing that Harwey gets better soon! I get acne too and somehow, I think it's mostwy us tuxies who get the acne!
Ulcers sound tewwible though and I'm gwad now Harwey is able to eat ok.
I'm sure Harwey will be wight as wain vewy soon because you guys have got such a wonderful Mommie to take care of you. Purrrsssss....
Boy
I'm glad that Harley is young and strong and that his appetite is good. He is the luckiest kitty in the world to have you as a big sister, Daisy, and such a wonderful mommy who is getting him all this great medicines.
hugs to all
uncle mo
Wow. That's quite a health odyssey that Harley has had. Tell him not to feel too bad about his "cat-acne" 'cuz Pumpkin an' Charmee get it, too.
DMM
Sounds like a case for Dr. House if he were a vet. Poor Harley! We certainly know how it is having medical marvels in the family. We'll be sure to pray for him.
Ah, Harley. Hang in there kiddo! You have a wonderful mommy and sister to take care of you. =)
Goodness what a life Harley has had with health issues. I had acne too but mum changed from plastic dishes to ceramic dishes for me to eat and drink from. Plastic holds oils and the ceramic you can wash them out.
I sure hope Harley's v-e-t is able to find ways to help him with all these problems..I'm so thankful he's got YOU! That makes it not quite so bad.
Oh! I'm so sorry to hear that!
But I know that Harley will be fine soon. Really.
Poofitza had this nasty ringworm for a 3 months, but she also had "rinotraheitis", fleas and "Dipilidium caninum" (yuck!!!!!!)...
She is well now! Except, she has feline acne and she don't want to wash her chin!
Kisses!
Daisy you did a wonderful job telling Harley story. I can tell very much that you love him. I hope he gets better soon. You are a very good big sister.
Oh dear, we hope Harley's health gets better, and it is something that can be taken care of with medicine.
Roxy & Lucky
WOW!
That's some story!
Hugz&Khysses,
Khyra
My typist knows something about ringworm because she got it into the house too, a few years before I was born. She had 2 cats and a litter of 10 weeks old when she found out (Ralph was one the litter.) Only the kittens had little patches of missing furs, on their neck and legs.
They were treated by the VET for about four weeks and additionally Marlene used Molkosan on the the affected skin until the furs fully were back. In the meantime the kittens were eating, playing and growing like every other young cat their age. They became better and were never affected by ringworm again.
Daisy, I think your Mommie told you this... Most of the time only kittens (also young adults) and old and not-so-healthy cats are affected because they have less resistance. Harley is a healthy young mancat, with the best care, and I am sure he will be all better very soon!!
(((hugs))) and purrs to ou both!
~Ruis
Hi, Daisy!
I did not know Harley had all those health issues!
I hope he is going to be ok!
Paws crossed
Kisses and hugs
Lorenza
Poor Harley, sorry you have not felt your best. You are a total cutie and I hope you feel all better soon.
Oh, Harley, we are sorry to hear about your problems. But we know your Mom loves you so much that she will find the right medicines to make it all better.
Hugs and purrs.
Daisy

Lilly Lu
We hope Harley starts doing better soon. My mommy's first cat Buffy had feline acne, but it cleared up pretty good and never came back. We are glad he is playful.
Harry
Poor Harley.
Wow! Just Wow!
I had no idea (obviously haven't got my head round Twitter yet!) that Harley was sick. You did a good job explaining Daisy! I'm sure between you, Mommie and the v-e-t he will get all better... You will, Harley, hear me! Purrs! (Okay, I know I'm only a bean, but I can think purrs can't I?!?) Puuuuuuurrrrrssss!!! Luvzya :) xxx
Sorry to hear about Harley's health issues -- I hope they resolve as he gets a little older. :(
That's a pawsome story. I hope Harley is ok and his hair grows back soon
~ Bae
Rocky had acne once even tho he wuzn't a teenager win he had it. I'm glad I have a good complekshun. I hope Harley is all better soon!
I see you care deeply for Harley, thats great--I've had cats over the years, but primarily a dog person. I have a dog now that acts like a cat. Very independent and stubborn. Typical for the breed--a shihshu.
I says little prayers for Harley. I hads allergic reactions to food I was eatings too. I was gettings patches of furs missing, but I'm all better. I hopes you gets better soon Harley... and its very good of you Daisy for taking good care of your brother.
You did good telling us about Harley. We hope your Mommie and the doctor can clear up his problems. We may ask our vet about his chin acne medicine as Malachi has it, too.
Purrrrrrs for Harley!
~ The Bunch
It seems like poor Harley has been through a lot in his little life. Its a good thing he has you Daisy and your Mommie to help him get better. I am sure he will be well taken care of in your very loving home.
PS-where did you get that cat stand toy thing-a-ma-bob? That is REALLY NEAT and we want to ask our Muth-er for one now!
Purr-rayers for Harley,
Love Sasha and Theodore
Daisy, Do not worry. Instead go here with your Mommie and light candles foe Harley. they last two days and you can visit to see them burning lower each time. http://www.gratefulness.org You may invite others to go there and say a prayer for Harley, too. Together we can concentrate on his improvement.
As for the acne, My Mommie takes a fine-tooth flea comb (the smallest one) and combs under Christy's chin and get all of the blackheads gone, then she washed it and put triple antibiotic ointment on. Christy ended up wiping it away, so Mommy learned to rub it in, and then wipe away the excess. Now almost completely gone.
Cosmo and I had the same thing a few years ago, and Mommy made it disappear.
We are going to pray right now.
Love,
Bobby
(((((Harley))))) i hope you feel better soon and i'm happy you still play. my mommy loved me better and i know your mommy can too. i'm so happy you have a mommy who loves you! it took me awhile to find one of those and i am so happy she saved me. you look happy too even tho you don't feel really good. i think thats how i look when my feathers hurt real bad but i still want mom to hug me even when it hurts. xoxoxo
Aw poor Harley! He certainly has had more than his fair share of trouble. Good thing he has a wonderful sister like you Daisy!
Oh no Daisy! We hope you and Your Mommie find out what is wrong with Harley soon so you can work on helping him heal!!
we will purrr and purrray for you all!
*hugs*
We hope Harley feels better soon, and that we find out what's causing everything. Jeff is very concerned about his friend.
p.s. Bogdan gets acne, too. Even when he has good bowls.

I sure hopes you feel better soon, Harley! You're really blessed to live with Daisy and her mommy! And they're blessed to have you too.
Thanks for sharing about Harley Daisy!! We hope he grows out of his problems and gets all better! That is a cool cat tree you two have!!
Your FL furiends,
Oh, we hopes Harley is OK. LT (Dobby) had ringworm and it is difficult to get rid of, but eventually we managed with a very strict treatment regiment. At least is seems that he is feeling OK.
Bless his heart. It is good that you love Harley and wish him good health. He is a cutie. And we think he is going to be several times bigger than you are...
Luf, Us
Oh Daisy, sorry to hear about Harley! I hope he gets well 100% soon.
Woofies X
You have a lot of comments here, not sure if this has been said, but maybe an antihistamine would help Harley? We take something (Mom got it without purrscription but the V-E-T prescribed it) similar to benadryl (if you want Mom can help us read the label when she gets home from Dayhunting) every day for our sneezing, and maybe that would work better than his steroid.
