It might be a mistake to give a kitten too much responsibility.
Sunday Comics with Daisy!
1/04/2009 04:30:00 AM
kittens would rather play,
Oh, we disagree, Daisy! We love Harley's creation! It may not be a comic but it is very creative and uber comic-al!
Hahaha! I agree with G & G! Nice one Harley:) xxx
Perhaps Harley has more of an abstract bent? It was nice of you to let him have a try, Daisy!:)
Daisy you are a nice big sister helping Harley and letting him try to make a comic. With your clever advices he'll soon be able to make great comics!!
Nice to see you giving Harley a go. He has a lot to learn, but hey hes cute.
Harley is VERY talented ... just 'cos he'a kitten doesn't mean he should be marginalised!love Alfie (age 17 weeks)
Maybe you should be supervising Harley a bit more before letting him play by himself.Huffle Mawson
Youth - what can I say ??Happy Day of Rest you two ..Sandy
But it's pretty funky! :o)
it's called modern art...Sammy, the cat
I really love your blog!Just to let you know, I nominated your blog for a Lemonade Award. Check out my blog for more information.Victoria
Dear Daisy,Letting Harley get away with doing his "modern art" should just be an excuse for you to also do whatever you want. Purrs,Abby & Stygia
Harley has lots of potential and great enthusiasm!Mindy, Moe, Bono
Harley, looks like you will be a grate contemporary artist. I see a future for you in that field.
Way to go Harley! Maybe comics aren't your cup of tea. What about an Art day with you? You could give an Art lesson. I bet you'd be good at origami!
Keep it up Harley, you might get to have your own exebishun. Thanks for stopping by on my Gotcha day.
kkkkkkkkkHarley is funny! and your "criation" is lovely!Daisy, don't be angry with him!kisses for you all!
Perhaps Harley is on his way to being the next Picassocat.
Harley has made a lovely abstract comic. Well done Harley!Whicky Wuudler
Maybe Harley can have his own weekly day for him to have the spotlight!
Looks like Harley may have a more artistic side than a comedic side. It was very nice of you to give Harley a chance, Daisy.
Hahaha! We kinda like what Harley did!!!
G & G nailed it. We are in stitches over Harley's creation. It was very nice of you to let him try Daisy. ~Socks, Scylla & Charybdis
Oh but Harley I love your art work, very nice job. Have a purrfect Sunday.
We think Harley did a great job! He's not only cute, he's creative!!Sniffie and the Florida Furkids
Harley is right, playing with paper and pen is the best! And he still created beautiful abstract art that is a Harley original! Just put a paw print on it and it's done!
Har is right. I could play with paper and pens for hours. I think Harley needs lots more help next time.
daisy,it was very nice of you to give Harley a chance :) He may be a kitten still, but he does cool doodles :)Purrs Mickey
very cute comic harley! it's a great start to a brilliant career!smiles, auntie beexxoxoxoxoxxxoxoxoxo

What a cute cat. How I love to have a cat like Harley.
LOL! I love your Sunday Comics!
Flynn: I agree Harley. A paper and pen is the best fun to play with. Your creation is very artistic.
It takes practice Harley... keep trying!
...and in THIS khanines opinion, giving khats anything khould be a mistake!Hugz&Khysses,Khyra
I love Harley's scribbles! :)
We think Harley has done a good job, actually...this being his first...ummm landscape?Thank you for your kind words for our Bandit. ~ The Bunch, minus one
Harley..play while you can! Mommy is still trying to teach me to like getting picked up...I don't care about the clothes but always wonder when getting picked up, Where am I going now? PS..Thanks for all your Purrs for my Mommy, she is feeling better. =^Y^=the Cat Street Boyz
At least you were kind enough to let him try, Daisy. What a sweet big sister you are.
maybe you and harley can collaborate on the next comic.
He's still young. Give him time and we think he'll be a fine artist to!
It'll be okay, Daisy. Maybe Harley can do some storyboards and help you design the next one! :)
Am I the only one who spotted the cat (it's even right side up for you, Daisy) by your right paw? He's my nominee for cat artist of the year!
We like Harley's comic! It was cute! And no words to read!Luf, Us
Oh to be a kitten! Hope your Dolphins win today!
You're a nice big sister, Daisy, to let Harley borrow your comic-making supplies!
Yes Daisy I think you are right. Perhaps Harley is more of an abstract artist than a comic artist?
Very true, Daisy. But Harley had fun and next time he might do a better job at keeping his mind on "business."Or he might just have a different talent than you do. He is a guy, after all, and guys have a short attention span.Buddy: Hey, I'm a guy and I don't have a short.... Is that a biscuit?
Kittens just like to play -
Harley seems to be a budding awtist..you might have just unleashed his talentsmoochie kissesASTA
Tee hee, we remember Harley doing a picture with felt pens. Siena thought he was a genius, but then, she might be a bit biased.Purrs, Siena & Chilli
I think you should label this "abstract cat art" and auction it off to the highest bidder.
Focus, Harley, focus!Kisses and hugsLorenza
Well, you had fun. Right? And it is kind of comic-like after all.
Well, for a kitten, Harley didn't do too bad a job for his first try. Perhaps you could mentor him?DMM
Very nice first try, Harley. I know you'll improve with time. And it's almost ALWAYS more important to have fun.JD at I Do Things
Kittens, they are all play. Sounds good.
Daisy! he's jus gettin used ta fings. Him needs ta learn da ropes. Let him test fings- hansSMASH HIM-tes

But at least Harley didn't write on the walls!Roxy
Naw, not a mistake. His artwork is certainly creative! Give him some paint and see if he can be the next Jackson Pollack!
Harley--mommy sez i too young for comics too. i thinks you dids wonderful job! you good artist!
Way to go Harley, always make time for play! Growing up is no fun.
Oh Daisy!!! Dat Harley... he iz a perrull in da art house. I wouldz mebbe justee givez him some cray-onz fur a itty bitty bit. But he may nevfur be da ultimate artiste dats you are.Happy NEw Yearz!!!Love,Dr TWeety

Daisy - I love the look on your face when Harley points out that you let snail do a comic. You did a nice thing letting Harley express himself with the pen - just hope he didn't get any ink on your lovely curly furs!luv,Uncle Mo and Chloe
Haven't been posting or commenting lately, but I didn't want to forget Daisy and Harley (or their sweet mommy!). I hope 2009 is treating you well and that we have lots more of your blog to enjoy!
Uh oh Harley you made a mess! Well it wuz a good try. Prolly better than what I can do.Yer pal Dozer
You're right, Daisy. Harley is creative but he needs more training before he can make a comic as good as you.Hugs...G
Better to draw than claw, MOLTeri and the cats of Furrydance
Daisy, every cartoonist has to start somewhere. As long as Harley had fun, then it was worth it!
Opps. I think Harley will do better next try?~ Bae
