Happy Birthday to ME!

Guess what?!?! Today is my birthday! I am EIGHT. Years.

I got this very extra-special outfit to wear to celebrate the day. It is sparkly and covered in fancy FRUITS! I even have cherries to wear on my head, and some bananners to remember Pixie.

I even made a card for myself to celebrate the day!

My Heart Almost Burst with Happiness!

Just when I thought I was the luckiest kitty in the universe, I got this package from Skeezix for my 7th birthday. Here I am waiting to open it up!

And LOOK what I got! The very most amazing mixed-media portrait of.... ME! My curly heart almost burst with happiness when I saw it. And it even made my Mommeh's eyes leak a little bit when she saw it. It is so beautiful, I can hardly believe it. Can you see my curly whiskers and the little freckle in my eye?

And all around the painting are special images from my life. Here are some sea monkeys which remind me of my experiments raising sea monkeys. The sea monkeys are deaded, but I still have their memory.

And here is Mr. Shrill! The music is from the Bicycle Built for Two song which reminds me of the most romantic music video that Skeezix made for me.

My Heart Almost Burst with Happiness!

Today I am SEVEN! Years.

Today is my birthday! Since my Mommeh does not work on Wednesdays, we celebrated yesterday. Here is what I got to do:

I started off the day in my Outdoor Funhouse. It was sunny and warm and I rolled all around on the bricks. Harley does not enjoy the Funhouse so he just watched me from inside.

Then I opened my present. It was a Skinneez chicken! I never realized chickens have strings for legs. You will note that this chicken is Sans Rembourrage. This means it has no guts.

Then I got some of my very most favorite treats, freeze-dried chicken livers. Hooray! I been thinking, maybe this is some of the Rembourrage from my Skinneez chicken.

Next, I rolled all around in some catnip.
And finally I played with my new chicken toy in a box. It was the best day, ever!

Even though my Mommeh feels wistful that I am already seven, I think I will enjoy being seven. Years.

Today I am SEVEN! Years.

Happy Birthday to Me!

Today is an extra-special day because it is my birthday! I turned SIX today. Years. I got to wear ANY outfit I wanted, since it is my special day. I chose my fancy pink ballerina suit. I am also wearing a neat-o "Birthday Girl" ribbon!

Um, where is my present? I'm waiting!

Oh, look what I got! My very own Rat Sak! It is a fancy pink purse that you can fill with catnip. Thanks, Mommeh!

PS: I got to celebrate my birthday a little early! But as soon as my Mommeh gets home from work tonight, I get to open my present from my extra-special friend Skeezix! I cannot wait! Please be sure to check back tomorrow to see my present!!! Can you stand the suspense?!?

Happy Birthday to Me!

I am a Mancat today!

HI EVERYONE! I am very EXCITED today, because it is my BIRTHDAY! And I turned ONE! This means I am not a KITTEN anymore, and I have become a MANCAT! And DAISY gave me this COOL shirt. It says my NAME on it. I do not know WHY it says "Davidson" on it, because that part is NOT my name. My middle name is Quinn. I am HARLEY QUINN!

Now that I am ALL GROWNED UP, I have learned that not ALL cats have plenty of toys and treats and beds like I have. This means I am very LUCKY. So, just like DAISY, I have decided I do not NEED any Birthday PRESENTS.

And LOOK what I found! At the Animal Rescue Site, you can do stuff to HELP others! So, I decided tell my Mommie that, instead of buying me any birthday PRESENT, she should use the moneys to Protect 10 Shelter Cats with Vaccinations! And I got this very FANCY Certificate, too!

OH MY GOODNESS! I see something else!

Even though I thought I was NOT going to get any presents, my Mommie STILL got me this TOY! It is a Play 'n Squeak MOUSIE! And every time I TAP the mousie, it makes a realistic SQUEAKING noise!

AND I also got this very MANLY bow tie collar from my Aunt Lauren. She helped take care of me when I lived in the SHELTER! Thanks, Aunt Lauren! I think this is my very BEST birthday! Even though it is my ONLY birthday, so far. Except for the day I was BORNED.

I hope I did not miss anybuddy! If I did, please leave me a note!

Later today, someone came to my door. When my Mommie answered the door, there were flowers. For ME! And they came from the handsome, muscular and stylish Mancat, Skeezix! At first, Harley thought they might be for him. I let him sniff the flowers, but I had to stop him from hurting them.

Here I am sniffing my beautiful flowers. Daisies are my very most favorite kind of flower!

A Joy-Filled Thank You!

I am FIVE today!

Today is my BIRTHDAY! I am five. Years. I think this means I am middle-aged. This makes me a little bit mad. But I did get to wear this cute Happy Birthday tee-shirt!

I been thinking real hard. And I thought that I am a very lucky cat because I have lots of toys and fashions and treats and a good home with everything a cat could ever need. This made me realize that I do not really need any presents for my birthday. So, I decided to extend a helping paw to my cat friends instead. I told my Mommie to give the moneys she would have used to buy me a birthday toy to help some cat friends in need. Do not say I am good, because it is just a little bit of green papers.

And I am so glad I made this decision, because now I feel real happy inside. Can you tell?

And I still got to play with one of my favorite toys, the Cat Dancer!

But wait! My day gets even better! I just got a very wonderful surprise present from my brother, Harley! He nominated me for Best Fursibling of the Year, and I WINNED for Best Sisfur of the Year! Then, my Mommie gave me a surprise. She said that my sister Pixie got me a present for my birthday before she went to the Rainbow Bridge. It's a catnip bananer toy! And the maker of this toy gives real good instructions, too. See, it says that this Cat Toy is "for cats." I am very glad it is not a Cat Toy For Gerbils.

This toy is a little bit fun. Thank you, Pixie. I think about you a lot. I hope you are having fun at the Bridge.
