Sunday Comics with Daisy!

Now that I have rounded up my fleas, I am ready to start my Flea Circus!

You can teach a flea tricks, but you cannot teach him rhythm. And also, Snail is very judgmental.

Photo Hunters: Bright

The Photo Hunters theme this week is bright. Here is a photo my Mommie took from my backyard of a sunrise. You can see the bright, golden sun reflecting off the water.
And here I am basking in some more bright sunshine!
Here is a portrait of me in the sunshines again! Can you see the little tufts on my ears?

Fashion Friday: I am the cat's meow...

...because my shirt tells me so!

I got this fancy top from my friends at Sleeping Kitten - Dancing Dog! They are very nice, and you should see some of the fancy mouth-watering desserts there. I am trying to show you the back of the shirt, because it says "I'm the Cat's Meow."
I noticed that the shirt has fancy faux leopard trim, so I got a great idea: wear it with my faux leopard scarf! And that got me to thinking, Daisy, you should add some beautiful pink diamonds!
When my Mommie looked away, I tried to sneak into the modeling treats. I did not get any though.
Here is something else about this shirt: it gives me good camouflage. See how I blend into the background? This will be good for lizard hunting.
Finally, I would like to show you my new friend that I also got from SKDD. His name is Frog Ted and he has a website called Frog the Dog! He likes to have fun adventures. If you visit him, you can do coloring, play games, and read stories. I think kids will love to visit Frog the Dog! I hope I can have some fun adventures with him, too.
You can visit Frog the Dog's blog, too!

Gimme Five!

Remember I told you last week that I was learning a new trick with my Clicker Training for Cats kit? Well, here it is! I am a little bit nervous that it is not quite as astounding as I had hoped. But I really tried my very hardest. I hope you like it. My Mommie said to say that it was hard to manage the clicker, the treat, the video and me all at once, so she clicked too late a couple of times.

If you cannot view the video, you can also click HERE to see another version.

Monday Mystery: A Medical Mystery!

I was going to do another word puzzle today, but since I just went to the V-E-T on Thursday, I thought I would do a different mystery. Can you see me peeking out of my Sherpa carrier?
For today's mystery, you must guess which thing is NOT true about my visit to the V-E-T last week:

A. I got a microchip

B. They stoled some of my bloods, and I wore a big red bandage on my leg

C. My amylase level is still elevated

D. I gave a big bitey to the doctor

Do you know the answer? Scroll down to see if you are correct!

A. I DID get a microchip. Hooray! It did not hurt a bit.

B. I DID get a big, red bandage after they stoled my bloods.
C. My Amylase level IS still elevated (this is another mystery).
D. This is the correct answer. I did NOT give a bitey to the doctor. Even though I wanted to, on the inside. Usually I just try to be invisible.

Photo Hunters: Water

The Photo Hunters theme today is water. I like to play with waters, sometimes. Here is my special drinking cup. It is next to the bathroom sink, and it stays filled with water just for me to drink from. Here is a funny game you can play with a cup of water... You just tap, tap, tap, tap on the water cup....
...until it splashes right into the sink! It makes a funny noise, and water splashes everywhere! Hahahahaha! Try it sometime. I think you will enjoy yourself.
Sometimes I wonder where the water goes. This is a fun subject to think about.

Fashion Friday: Tropical Daisy!

Since today is the first day of summer, I thought I would wear something very tropical. This is my fancy Hula suit!
Here is a side-view of my outfit. Something seems to be going a little bit wrong with my coconut-bra. I never wore a bra before. How do you keep it on straight?
Here is the outfit with a pretty flower for my head. My Mommie is sometimes surprised at the outfits I will wear. This has FIVE pieces! The flower stays on with a loose elastic band around the ear.
I wish I was lounging at the beach... Oh Skeezix, do you like my outfit?
And finally, here is my close-up. Aloha!

You can teach an old Daisy new tricks!

See this thing? Do you know what it is? It is my new Clicker "Fun Kit" for cats. My Mommie is going to try to teach me some tricks with this kit for cats.
There are some special cards that tell you all the steps to learn a new trick. I have been trying to learn how to play the piano for a long time. Maybe the clicker will help me. I'm not sure though, because I do not have any rhythm.
Here I am trying to make friends with my clicker. It seems a little cold.
Next we are reading the instruction book. My Mommie will have to help me with that. Reading is a little bit hard.
I am a little crabby about this whole project. I will try it, but I might not like it.

Note from Daisy's Mom:
Daisy has already started learning a new trick in just a couple of days with the clicker. Daisy wants to practice until she gets her new trick just right, and then she will try to astound you with her trick.
