Sunday Comics with Daisy!

This counseling session was from well before Harley began his true career as an International Spy Cat.

ps: Today I was interviewed all about strollering by my special friend Skeezix on The Cat's Meow for Stroller Week! I hope you will check it out, especially if you are interested in strollering.

Photo Hunters: Books

The Photo Hunters theme this week is: books. I like books. There are lots and lots of books at my house. But many of them are a little bit boring.
Harley prefers to use the Kindle Reader. Because it is easier for him to turn the pages with his big paws. Even though he usually just reads comic books.

Fashion Friday: A Cute Sunbonnet

Today I am going to model a summertime accessory. This is a very cute sunbonnet. It has little holes all over to help keep your head cool. They are called "eyelets." This seems like a ridiculous name for them, because the eyelets do not let my eyes do anything.
Here is my most professional pose. I am pretending to be at the beach on a sunny day. My sunbonnet has a chinstrap so a gust of wind will not blow my hat off. Do not worry, my air conditioner is never on high enough to create a gust of wind.
And here is my glamor shot!
Harley wanted to model the sunbonnet. I let him try it on. But I think it looks better on me.

Hold my Paw

Harley likes to hold paws. But I do not enjoy holding paws with my brother. So, I must put my paw down and say, "No way, Harley!"
Here is a movie I made about holding paws. This video is rated PG for mild violence. I hope you like it!

If you cannot see the video, here's a direct link.

A Day in the Life of an International Spy Cat

Psst! It's me again. Secret Agent 007.5. I have received another assignment from Q!

I have an assignment for you. I would like you to wear a spycam and record a day in the life of an International Spy Cat so we can use it for recruiting new cats to the service.

Well, never fear! Secret Agent 007.5 is On the Job!

You might think being an International Spy Cat is very glamorous, but I have some important responsibilities. Here I am keeping up with my studies, so I know all the latest spy techniques.
A Spy Cat must spend untold minutes doing surveillance.
It is very important that your subject is not aware of your surveillance.
I also work out constantly to maintain peak physical condition. A Spy Cat should not be flabby!
Another important part of my day is examining all of my spy equipment to make sure it is in top condition. You never know when you will need your toolbelt!
And finally, at the end of the day, a Spy Cat must be sure to get plenty of rest and relaxation.

Happy Memorial Day

I hope everybuddy has a happy Memorial Day! And also, take a moment to remember the meaning behind this day, which is a day of remembrance of the men and women who died in the service of our country.

We who are left how shall we look again
Happily on the sun or feel the rain
Without remembering how they who went
Ungrudgingly and spent
Their lives for us loved, too, the sun and rain?

Photo Hunters: Plastic

The Photo Hunters theme this week is: plastic. I do not have many things made out of plastic. So instead, I will show you what I would look like if I had plastic surgery! This is my impression of what I would look like after a face-lift. Do not worry, I would never really have plastic surgery.
Remember when I mentioned that I am pretty sure that Harley's eyeballs are made of plastic? Well, here is more proof of my theory!

Fashion Friday: A Summery Sundress

I am getting some real cute sundresses to prepare for summer! I think this is one of my favorites because it is pink, and it has a real cute pattern. And it has a sweetheart neckline and cute 'sketti straps.
Here, I will show you how pretty it looks from the side. It has light pink, dark pink, and flowers! I think the more different fabrics, the better.
The pearls are the perfect touch. Now I look real classy!
Here is a photo in natural light. I like this picture because you can see the tiny little tufts at the end of my ears. The little tufts do not help me hear any better though. They are just for looking pretty.

Harley and the Dove

LOOK everybuddy! There's a BIRD! On my PATIO!
I wish I knew how to make him come INSIDE. So we could PLAY together!
Daisy taught me how to TALK to birds. Here is her lesson on BIRD TALK! She made this movie before I was even BORNED! Daisy knows a lot of things.

Lending a Helping Paw

You might remember last week I had a poll so you could help me spend my moneys helping other cats? Well, the results were very, very close! 37% voted for me to buy treats for the shelter cats, and 34% voted for me to buy toys for the shelter cats. So, guess what? My Mommie agreed to match my moneys so I could do BOTH! Here are the toys and treats we got for the kitties at Cats Exclusive, a no-kill shelter for cats:
When my Mommie was at the shelter yesterday, she gave the toys and treats to the cats. Here are some photos! All of these kitties are waiting for their Forever homes.

First is the adorable Cheesecake. He got the gray mousie, and you can see he is hugging and squeezing it tightly. He loves toys! And here is Panda with another one of the toys. Panda has a sister named Amanda. They are both very sweet!
This is Miles. He's a big Mancat! My Mommie gave him a Squeaky Mouse, because it's one of Harley's favorite toys. Miles is front declawed, and he is one of the gentlest cats around.
This is Princess. She is enjoying some of the delicious Temptations in her hammock. Eating in bed is a special treat.
Snowball is funny! He likes Temptations, too.
Next it is Jo Jo's turn for some treats. She is very gentle, and she loves people. Her friend Jack is in the background waiting his turn! My Mommie thinks he has a very adorable face.
And now it is Jack's turn for treats. Montey is waiting right behind Jack.
And last, but not least, is Black Jack! He's the manliest of Mancats. His friends call him BJ. You can see he already ate his pile of Temptations, and nothing is left but the crumbs!

Monday Mystery: Solve the Riddle

For today's Monday Mystery, I have prepared another riddle for you to solve. I hope you like it! Are you ready?
My container cannot be opened with a key,
Yet golden treasure lays inside me.
With eleven others I'm usually found,
I can roll though I'm not exactly round.
I'm not the type to make a boast,
But for me, you might make a toast.
What am I?

You may begin thinking now! Hmmm, this might be a hard one...
Hey! I can tell you aren't even thinking hard yet! Try again.
Okay, that's better. Do you know the answer yet?
When you think you know the answer, press the answer button to see if you are correct!
