Fashion Friday: My Princess T-Shirt!

This is my most favorite T-shirt of all time! It is PINK, it has pretty sparkles on the sleeves, and best of all, it has Disney Princesses on the front! I feel like a princess when I wear my beautiful T-shirt. Here is my best smile. Now I am trying a very, very advanced pose. I am raising both paws so you can see the pretty Princesses on the front of my T-shirt. Can you see them?
While I was modeling, I tried to get some Temptations out of my treat jar. My Mommie caught me. I guess I was not sneaky enough.
To make up for it, I practiced one of my Circus stunts: balancing on my back feets. It is a hard stunt.
I think I done good, so I will take a bow now!

Thursday 13, Edition #48: Cookin' with Lizards

Since everybody loved my Lizard Stew so much, I been thinking maybe I could think of other delicious ways to serve up some lizards. So I am prepared the next time I catch one. Here are 13 ideas I had for serving lizards:
  1. Peanut-butter and Lizard Sandwiches. Or, you can just call it PB&L.
  2. Lizard Jerky. If you find some deaded lizards that got all dried up by the sun, you do not even have to do any cooking for this dish!
  3. Buffalo Lizard Wings. Well, lizards do not really have wings. But their tiny front legs are almost like little wings. And I think they would taste good with a side of blue cheese dressing and celery.
  4. Lizard Tetrazzini. You can use this recipe when you have some old, tough lizards. I think the cream of mushroom soup will disguise the stringy flavor.
  5. Lizard Noodle Casserole. Another recipe that calls for cream of mushroom soup! Please do not use onions in this recipe.
  6. Lizard Sashimi. This is one of my favorites. You must be sure to use only very fresh lizards.
  7. Beans and Lizard Franks. The hard part of this recipe is making the little lizard frankfurters. You might have to bring your lizards to the butcher's shop for help with that part.
  8. Lizard Tacos. Ole! These are delicious with extra cheese and sour cream. If I was allowed to drink, I would have mine with a beer. If you are having Mexican Food Night, you can call your beer "cerveza."
  9. Lizard Pizza. This is almost as good as anchovy flavor!
  10. Lizard Tempura. Cooking with hot oil is dangerous, so you should probably have your Mommie help you with this one.
  11. Lizard Pot Pie. This recipe calls for Four and Twenty Lizards, Baked in a Pie. I am not sure where I learned that. But I am almost certain that is correct.
  12. Herb-Crusted Lizard. I recommend using catnip for the herb.
  13. Lizard Chiffon Pie. I never tried this recipe. It might not be very delicious. If it tastes bad, you can just eat the creamy topping.
I must tell you that you might have to buy your own baking utensils. Because so far, my Mommie will not allow me to cook any of these dishes in her kitchen. Even if I rinse the lizards off real good. I might try to save my allowance for an Easy-Bake Oven. Tune in this Sunday to see how that goes...

Bon Appetit!

Tattle Tail Tuesday

I am going to reveal a shocking secret about my Mommie! I was climbing onto the highwire to practice my Circus stunts, when I saw something very terrible... Proof that my Mommie is a BAD housekeeper. She never dusted on top of the bed canopy. Look at all the filthy dirt that has collected up there! How can I practice my Highwire act up there now?

Movie Monday: I am a DRUMMER!

Since I have been doing "Machine Paw" so much, I had a great idea! I can learn to become a drummer! I already have the paw action down. Here is my new movie where I learned to play the "drums." I am not allowed to have a real drum set, so I had to play the window. It is almost as good as real drums though.

Sunday Comics with Daisy!

Here is a comic I made about becoming a photographer!

The moral of this comic is you should study for whatever job you would like to do. So you do not make some mistakes like I did. Because none of my photographs came out good.

Photo Hunters #44: Hot

The Photo Hunters theme this week is hot. So, I am going to show you how I love laying in the hot sunshine, on the hot bricks of my patio. The sunshine feels good on my furs! It is getting hotter, so I must roll onto my side now.
Ahhhh! It feels good! I will do some more rolling.
And now, I will play with my toes.

Friday Fashion and Fun

Today I am going to show you how you can have Fun in your Fashions. This is my new velvet dress. It is very, very fancy. Do you see the beautiful jewels on the back? They are every color of the rainbow. The more colors, the fancier the outfit. This is a new pose I just learned after the Raise a Paw contest. So now I want to raise my paw all the time!
Enough of the posing. Let's have FUN! This dress is very stretchy, so that means I can play fun games in it. Here I am playing with the Cat Dancer. I love how the pretty ruffle flares out when I jump around.
I can bend backwards, too!
The armholes give me good freedom of movement for even the jumpiest of games!
I am done modeling and playing now. I think I will help myself to some Temptations. Do not worry, I will be fair in my payment to myself.

Thursday 13, Edition #47: My Box of Life

My good friend Mickey tagged me for Miss Peach's beautiful Meme called My Box of Life. Here is what she said:
List your treasures and tag other kitties and their humans also, as many as you like. Let this reflection spread throughout the world. We need to count our contentments as Blessings! What do you look back over and treasure enough to place inside your Box of Life?
So, on this day of Thanksgiving, here are 13 things inside my Box of Life:
  1. The love I give to my Mommie and receive back from her. We have a very special relationship. And she still loves me even when I give her the Bitey.
  2. My Daddie who I also love, only not quite as much as my Mommie. Am I allowed to say that?
  3. My Grandma also has a special place inside my Box of Life. She reads my blog every day, and gives me wonderful presents. (Can you breathe inside that box, Grandma?)
  4. Each and every day that I have left with my big sister, Pixie. Her cardiomyopathy is very advanced, so I treasure each day I have left with her. Even if she does growl at me.
  5. The time I got to spend with my Sea Monkeys. Before they all got deaded.
  6. I know it is a little bit wrong of me, but I treasure my beautiful fashions. And I think there is room for them inside my Box of Life. If it gets too full, I will take them out.
  7. I also place my many, many, many fun toys. Toys make life much better.
  8. Always having enough foods to fill my tummy. Even though I must eat prescription foods that are not very delicious.
  9. My wonderful friends on the innernets, and my extra-special friend Skeezix.
  10. My Box of Life includes many lizards for hunting and playing. I hope they do not make a mess inside the box.
  11. Rays of warm sunshines under which I bask, keeping my furs warm.
  12. Compassion for all the cats and dogs who do not have a Forever home, and do not have very many wonderful things in their Box of Life yet.
  13. Finally, I fill my Box of Life with as many Temptations as will fit in there. I will take them out of the bag so they can fit inside all the little spaces. This way, I will be sure to get as many Temptations as possible in my lifetime.

I am dressed for Thanksgiving!

I am very excited because tomorrow is Thanksgiving! So, I decided to dress up in this Pilgrim suit. It has a fancy apron and bonnet, and it comes with this little turkey. I am a little bit worried that the Pilgrim bonnet looks like a chef's toque. And if I get mistaken for a chef, I might have to cook tomorrow! I also decided that Pilgrims did not have very beautiful outfits. But they were very brave to come over on the Mayflower. So, maybe they did not care about fashion back then.
I had a little trouble wearing my bonnet. But since I am a professional, I still kept posing. Even though I could not see. This earned me an extra Temptation.
And finally, here I am at the First Thanksgiving! I entered my photos in TT's very wonderful 100th post contest.
I hope everyone has a very happy Thanksgiving tomorrow!

My Toesday Mistake

I was posing for what was supposed to be an "artistic" photo that didn't quite work out. Then, I made a very BIG mistake!
I showed off how long and sharp my clawrs had gotten! And guess what happened next?
The clippers!!! First I put my ears back and gave them a dirty look. This did not work.
So next I stuck my tongue out and looked sad. This did not work either.
Finally I gave in and raised my paw for the torture to begin. I kept my eyes squinched tightly shut.
ps: Do not worry, my Mommie had to put the camera down and use both hands to do the clipping.

Sunday Comics with Daisy!

Since the holiday is almost here, I decided to make a comic about Thanksgiving!

I am very sorry, but there is no real moral to this comic. Except that there is always room for dessert! (I'll bet you thought I was going to tell you that moderation was important, right?)

ps: I would like to thank Tish for the very nice blog review! You can go to the Blogs We Luv site to read the review, if you want. This is a happy day!

Thanks, Auntie Dar!

See my proud look? This is because of the very cute award I got from Darlene! It says Thank You for Being My Friend. This makes me feel all warm and happy inside. Thanks, Auntie Dar!

And now, I would like to pass this award along to my friends Skeezix, Rocky, Mao and Tripper. They have been very busy this week helping Mr. TF feel better. That's an important job. I sure hope he is feeling better soon. Or I might have to sing him another Get Well song. In my loudest and best voice.

Thanks for the award!

My friend Siani gave me this award! She said my blog is a lot of fun, and I am a pretty kitty with a great sense of fashion. Thanks, Siani. I am very happy to get this award! And now, I would like to pass this award on to Sassy Cat! Being in Sassy's production of CCSI: Cat/Canine Crime Scene Investigation has been so much fun. The story is called The Kidnapped Kitty Caper, and it is very exciting! I highly recommend you go and watch the pilot episode. And be sure to tune in tomorrow for Part II. I can hardly wait! I do not know who done it yet. Now I must go and practice my lines for tomorrow.

Photo Hunters #43: I Love... Temptations!

The Photo Hunters Theme this week is I Love ________ (you fill in the blank). This was a very difficult theme because I love many things. I love my Mommie, my Daddie and my big sister Pixie. I love my special friend Skeezix, and all my friends on the innernets. I love my toys and my fashions. So, I decided to pick my favorite treat and say, I LOVE TEMPTATIONS! Here is an entire bag of Temptations! I am trying to use my special mind-power to open them up. Notice that I am barely taller than the bag of Temptations. This is because Temptations come in very giant bags. Lucky for me!
Now I am sticking out my tongue and crying a little...
And it worked! Hooray for Temptations in my tummy!
